Do not get yourself involved with this company ever. They will absolutely put you over a barrel and will give you zero customer service. If you ask for a superior you will actually be denied!!! This never happens. Wish I could give them zero stars but they did serve a purpose for a while as a cheap alternative to traditional cell service.

They are experts in taking your money but no one solves the problems. I paid for the service and don't have it. I'm asking for my money back but nothing. So no service and no money back

My son gave me an iPhone 6s but it was locked by Total Wireless so I called them and was told by Supervisor Christian that the phone needed 30 more days of activation to be eligible to be unlocked. I bought the Sim kit and $25 30-day card. 1 month later I called back to have the phone unlocked, and now I was told by Supervisor Ladee that I needed 35 days more to be eligible to be unlocked. I asked if they recorded their messages, and she said they did, but they would not honor what their own representative had said. Unethical behavior is allowed by untrained staff, and Total Wireless does not accept liability for their employee's actions. If you choose to do business with them, make sure you get it in writing, and keep the Attorney General's address near by.

Interesting, I also had a very very horrific experience with the guy with the pony tail. Looks like he might be the owner or something.

This store has provided my mother with horrible customer service. She came to get simple mobile service from them. She brought her own phone, and the guy with the pony tail totally lied to her by telling her the phone she brought to get service was no good. He said that the phone was locked. When in reality the phone was not. Not only was the phone Tmobile which means it will work with simple mobile but then the phone will not get service. He turned around and sold her a cellphone made in chine that sell for $10 for $80.

The next day I went to the store with my mother to get a refund and in stead he took off his watch and wanted to fight. This is how he does business by taking advantage of the elderly. My mother is a hopeless old lady who depended on his word. She didn't do groceries that day to by from this scammer.

please just turn off the speaker. You have a storefront people can see your signs. We live in the 21st century in which everyone has a phone and can just google where you are and what you sell. With how loud your speakers are, I'm sure they can hear you “en todo el mundo.†I will be “esperando.â€
