BE AWARE! These people charge you for things you don't need. I came to this store to active my phone with Verizon changing from T-mobile. When I tried questioning the guys about the fees they were charging, they even responded it me with an attitude to make me feel ashamed like if they were actually doing me a favor (giving me a discount). They even gave me 2 receipts and the 1st receipts stated that the activation fee was actually free but they still charged me and gave me a 2nd receipt. After I came home I called Verizon and reported them the situation and were able to refund me a store credit.
