Very disappointed by this service. I used to use another company for years to send money to Nigeria and kept on receiving marketing email from Transfast so I decided to tried. The problem is, first, they ask you plenty of personal questions such as why are you sending money, what's your relationship to who you sending money to and plenty of questions not related to the transaction which is uncomfortable and annoying. Then, after a lengthy verification process (they asked to send the copy of your ID, visa on your passport etc) they hold the money you want to send for some time. And then, they decide, based on what, I don't know, that you can't send money or they can't approve the transaction for some reason. That's where it becomes suspicious. If they decline to send your money, why hold your money hostage over a week? When online and you proceed to send the money, the money leaves your account right away. but to get it back, be ready to numerous phone calls and be patient because they won't reverse the charge to your account until many days

Worst customer service and made it very difficult to send money. So every time I need to send money they ask for copy of my id, what I do for living and relationship to the person when I send the money to the same person. Then I pay extra fee for up to 24h delivery and it takes up to one week because every time I want to send money, I have to go back and forth with their horrible customer service reps sending the same damn documents. Advice all, they are plenty of other ways to send money abroad without all that headache

Transfast is a crap money transfer service when it comes to a 'fasttrack' transfer. Usually their normal timeline is higher than others and I don't have a problem with them. This time I needed the money in my India account at urgent basis & I compromised with the transfer rate (lower than normal mode) being under impression that the '24Hrs' is what they are committing to. However I did not receive the money and when called the customer service, they told Saturday is not considered in their business calendar (why don't you tell me that while making the transaction) and when I told Xoom deposited money on Saturday, they person told we work under a different policy. Just know my bank in India allows deposits on Saturday. On top of that when you make a transaction, an agent will call you every time and in the name of security, they ask you all personal & financial details over phone - why the hell you have a website then, start a telephonic service.

I used their service for the past 5 years. Had minor issues before but it was resolved, until last July I sent money for the no charge service fee however the money didn't get on time to where I want to send it. Usually I don't have any problem as I always send it ahead of time. But because I was busy with my work schedule I didn't realized the money was already taken from my bank the following day but haven't received by my family yet. I followed up via phone and email. I was told that they have to ff up with their bank partners so After 48 hrs thankfully it was resolved. My 1 star review was because I was trying to send money using their app but had trouble for the past 48hrs, called customer service and was advised to have google chrome, but I only use mac or via iPad or iPhone never had this issue before customer service declined to listen and find resolution instead wants me to use a laptop and with google chrome!!! (despite explaining that I have been using iPhone /iPad all the time) So moving forward, I'm ditching their service and luckily found a better one.

I am not happy on their service. Last month I pay a government healthcare trough them. But its almost end of the month due to my last payments to my healthcare. It's mt first time so I am hoping this will help me to have an easy payments in my healthcare in Philippines But until now dated aug 28 I don't see anything in my healthcare account. I try another option. Another app I discover for better service no need to call them for any confirmation an this day when I check my health care it's there. I am sure this app was the one put money in my health care because the transfast money is different amount I put. I SEND them an email they replied that they already complete the transaction. It's annoying.

I tried to send money to india for emergency reason, I found that It takes more time with transfast to send money and I cancelled the transaction, 48 hours after the cancellation, all the money that I attempted to transfer got deducted from my bank account and when I called transfast they are saying that I will need to wait for 7 business days to get the refund. Customer care agents dont understand the urgency and very casually saying that there is no other way. How can any company deduct money 48 hours after cancellation, Isn't this a fraud.

0 STAR Ridiculously a waste of time using this company. Unsatisfying customer service with poor quality of problem solving in issues like unable to send money using its website and apps. Unreliable and consistently delayed remittance. Unprofessional and poor skills customer service staff. Its apps and website is very simple but yet its own staff was unable to trouble shoot. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this company for remittance. Please be very careful.

I signed up with Transfast and initiated a transfer. I received an email saying to allow until a certain date for the transfer to be made. I waited until after that date. When I saw nothing was happening, I tried to login on the site, but it told me I had too many login attempts (despite this being the first time I tried to log in since creating my account the week ago). So I called them. On the phone, they told me my account had been deactivated because I "did not pass verification". I could not obtain any more information because this was an "internal process". TLDR: Deactivated my account and canceled my transaction without notice. Would not offer any alternative: they literally told me to use another service. Which I will do! Don't waste your time with Transfast.

Would give them 0 stars. Do not use them. I used them to do a remittance, their system says funds are deposited and I provided them proof that funds are not deposited. They have no clue on when will this be resolved. Stay away from using them.

I am shocked at their rudeness towards their customers. Me being fairly a new customer, I got my 2nd transfer cancelled without any notice and when I initiated my 3rd transfer, I got a verification call from them. Despite patiently verifying all the account related questions, at one point the rep wanted to know the purpose as why I am sending. Though it did not look like a verification question, I answered and still he was insistent to know whether I will be sending the same amount every week, for what purpose I am sending, etc. which seemed totally irrelevant to me. The call ended with him threatening me that he will cancel the transfer and me retaliating that he can delete my account itself with Transfast!

Worst service ever. The customer service representatives behave as if they are lending us the money. They keep cancelling the transactions and ask for proofs. I gave all the required information with additional document but they keep rejecting the transaction. When I call to ask about the documents that I had submitted they have no idea about it "We don't have any document stored on your account", then where the hell is it?.
