It's been more than two days that, I did the transaction from the atm and the cash did not turn up so i complained to unl and custumer care girl (Kainat kiran) said that you will get your amount back in next 24 Hrs and then again i contacted them then custumer care Boy (Munawar ali ) said in next 48 hrs you will get amount soon we can not file a complaint now. Finally today a guy i chated with him and he said that i will get my amount back again next 48hrs with complaint. Totally disagree with the services and every employee of UBL branch in the baldia town.Very Very Bad service.

They are all love lives SOBs working in NYC branch, this is the reason Pakistan have no prosperity. These people will never learn how to conduct business in professional way. I will never use any Pakistani bank again.

I sent money to Pakistan and had access on my transactions few years ago. Lastly I sent money and UBL removed that web leaving with NO record. When I called branch in New York. First it was answered after many weeks of try. The person who answer was extremely rude and provided no help at all. We pay fees on transactions and in return get ZERO service. No transaction record. Jamima Khan provided 20 years old record to Imran Khan from British Bank. Sadly Pakistani UBL bank branch located in New York, USA refused to provide any record or service. WHO WILL CHECK THIS and CORRECT EFFICIENCY???

It is amazing to learn that UBL, New York still shows on its website its "Click-N-Remit" facility for overseas remittances, when in actual fact the program was discontinued one year ago. Upon my enquiry, was told that UBL sent out emails to its clients. Well, then why show a program on your web-site when it has been discontinued that long? Does anyone at UBL check their bank's website for relevance? And as usual, you have to leave a message when you call. So thoroughly disappointed with this unprofessionalism!

Hello UBL Customer Service, My name is Naseer U Babar and I am US Citizen of Pakistani dissent. I opened up Net banking account with UBL in Jan of 2009. Everything has been working fine till 2013, but after that i am unable to make any transaction. I called UBL Contact Center and was told that i need to get my account verified. I was told next time when i visit Pakistan i can go to any branch and get my account validated. Subsequently, I went to UBL branch on Khokar road, Lahore. I spoke to operations manager and explained him my situation. I must say operations manager was very rude to me and came across very aggressive. I feel that a customer deserves better treatment. Keeping that in mind i have decided to close my account with UBL. How can i get my balance? Please make arrangements to close my account and return my balance accordingly. On side note i am so frustrated with this back and forth, that I am planning to go on social media. Naseer Babar

Worst ever service, laziest/incompetent people (Sifarishies/relatives of bank executives) of the world work here, no customer service. Taking advantage and busy in looting their own country men by offering lowest exchange rate. Try once and will never try again.

I CANNOT ADD ANY STAR FOR UBL BUT, I WISH TO TAKE SOME STARS OUT OF IT. BEEN WAITING FOR PAST 50 YEARS, WHEN WILL PAKISTAN BE EDUCATED? WILL WE EVER WAKE UP ?? WILL WE EVER LEARN HOW TO DO BUSINESS ?? IN A NICE CLEAN WAY ?? WHAT A NAGITIVE SERVICE, NO ONE EVER PICKS THE PHONE, HOW WOULD WE EVER GROW ??? THINK !!! WE NEED TO CHANGE OUR WAY OF DOING BUSINESSES.

I have been using UBL to send remits and so far so good. I agree with Mr. Javaid Akhtar that the service is slow and I can't really say that they have the worst customer service, since they have NO customer service at all. The greeting you hear it feels like someone recorded the greeting while he was sleeping. It is very unprofessional and disappointing that UBL a good bank in Pakistan will hire such incompetent employees internationally. If you do find other ways to send remit, I would suggest that you definitely do. Will not recommend due to NO customer service.

I had the WORST banking experience with UBL in US. They are carrying their Pakistani ways with them in US too. I unfortunately signed up with them to Remit Money to my family in Pakistan. 3 weeks after I sent the money, it is still not delivered on credited to their account whereas my account with UBL here in US shows the money was credited to beneficiary or sent to the beneficiary. Whenever I call the help line there is NO ONE to take the call. Your call goes to a voice mail to leave a message. I called during business hour and the first message you get is Bank is closed and that our Business hours are 9-5 bla bla bla. I called during 9-5 and then you are told to dial another extension where you can leave a voice mail. it is all very frustrating and their banking SUCKS. Beware, if you need to send money to Pakistan please look somewhere else. Don't waste your energy and time with these stupid b.........s

The worst possible service. I help several families for the education of their children so i asked them to open account with the bank to make it easier for them to get money. the money was transfered twice without any problem than they could not find account and money was returned to me after 35.00 were deducted while the needy continue to wait and go bank everyday to get money. Send Emails which were never answered. I have been calling in New York time and nobody picks phone.
