The person who at the counter and meets customers has a very unprofessional and rude attitude. Leave your bitterness, grudge, hostility, personal grievances out of workplace. This is a business and people with that type of behavior with no business etiquette should not have a job in contact with people as a UPS representative. You lost me as a recurring customer and am sure others as well. Very disturbing her/hIs attitude, Every single person that enter this location that need to use the UPS services, encounters this down in the dumps personality.

BEWARE!!!! This UPS store steals your packages. Second time something is dropped off and is never returned to where it needs to go. I just called and spoke with the very rude blonde behind the desk with the glasses and asked to see video footage. She got very nervous and hung up the phone on me. Next stop is a police report if package isn’t returned.

This UPS store has been nothing but rude every time I have gone there, especially the young woman behind the counter. She is curt, unhelpful and sneers. I will never come back to this store.

Charged $11 dollars to SCAN 8 pages, $3 for the email sending the scan, and a dollar each page….. fraudulent scammers. Go to staples.UPDATE: in light of the employee’s illiterate and inadequate reply…There is no signage or visible pricing of services, nor are you informed beforehand. So my mistake was not double checking that I would not be ripped off. Staples charges 10-25¢ a scanned page, and no email fee($3 are you insane?) anyways. I will be filing a claim against this store and employee. Upon looking at other reviews, there seems to be a clear pattern of bad customer services and fraudulent business practices by the same employee.

Came to drop off a package. Door was locked female employee on cell phone. Signaled me to wait. The came and put a sign on the door out to lunch. Completely rude and unproductive.

Ashley was awesome. I brought in a package with a FedEx return by mistake and she was nice enough to open the box and ups it for me. I recommend this location highly. You guys are lucky to have her!! She is the perfect example of good and friendly customer service!!RayRay

This place had very nice staff. Had a PO Box for more than a year here until just recently had a problem with the lady that works there. Received a notification one day from the store that I received a package signed AA so as usual I go pick up my package. The lady there DID NOT want to give me my package. She went so far as to say that it hasn't been scanned yet, the UPS driver made a mistake, etc. She tells me to come back the next day for it. So i tell her np can you go to the back and get a package I'm missing from last week. The lady finally getting the message that I'm not leaving till i get the package, reluctantly goes to the back and returns with the package I was inquiring about in the first place! I tell her that's the package she just told me to come back tomorrow for. She swear up and down the package it's from last week lol when clearly the date was from that day. After that encounter and others with the same lady do yourself a favor and stay away from this UPS Store

have visited on three occasions only to find the store closed well before 7pm. finally got in today only to encounter snappy and rude customer service. one of the employees, who said she was the manager, even screamed at a customer, though the customer maintained calm. and the store was junky.

The two stars are for the male employee; always courteous. The manager, female, always mean and snappy with customers. I had about 6 packages to ship off and one had specific instructions and she went off. This is my second time experiencing her attitude. Be warned and go to the male employee.

This is a Ripoff place. Never go there for boxes or anything else. These people are thieves. I purchased a couple of boxes of a certain size and brought them back because they were not of the right size and they didnt have the size I needed. They didnt give me my money back. These people are garbage. I tore the boxes up in front of their store and the stuck up girl that works there shouted at me saying "we still got your money clown". Next step is a letter to the BBB for their bad business practice.

i called to be sure they close at 7. "no we close in 10 minutes" this was at 6:40. i assumed the employee was confused? so i still went. this store is closing itself 10 minutes early so the employees can clean and go home by 7. not closing at 7. i was denied entry at 6:50pm.
