Horrible experience. This is not a UPS Store, the employee claims they do not have any UPS supplies which are included with UPS shipments. And he tried to charge me for Labels & Boxes. He claims he does not stock UPS Supplies.So what kind of UPS Store is this, which does not stock UPS Supplies?!?! This store needs to be removed from the UPS network.

Avoid at all costs. Pretty small venue, always piled with boxes, no computers for customers and the worst part of it all is their customer service. I have had the unpleasant experience of dealing with them for a handful of times and every single interaction is worse than the previous. Apparently there's a limit on how many items you're able to ship and some of their staff have no respect whatsoever for their customers. Save yourself the hassle and venture somewhere else, especially if you have Amazon packages. The only redeeming qualities about this place is that they offer notary and it's convenient for the Sutton Place community

I avoid this store for amazon returns and mailing packages at all costs. Take your returns to the Whole Foods on 57th and be treated with respect and speed. It just comes down the same guy with the beard that everyone is complaining about being rude and does not want to do the minimum. I have no idea how he still hasn't been canned given so many complaints about the same guy.

Big guy with a beard-quite rude. I will gladly walk a few other blocks for decent customer experience. Note to owner or manager- we have choices and it seems from other reviews here more of us will be choosing not to do business here.

DON'T PRINT HERE they charged $3.21 for a one sided sheet (prepaid label) and only told me the price AFTER the thing came out of the printer. That's a small chunk more than the recently raised subway fate like what...

Unbelievably rude treatment from the same employee everyone is talking about. A heavier fellow pictured in Lori’s photo that from what I understand is named Kevin.The mere act of asking him to look in my direction to verify whether or not my package qualified under his “we don’t accept QR codes” greeting caused him to throw a fit lecturing me about my package having a prepaid label which did not require me to ask him anything. The man is a caricature of disgruntled service. Please, UPS, do not respond to my review with some “we are sorry call this number and explain” etc. Just handle the situation many other reviews have already mentioned.

I understand that these UPS stores are increasingly overwhelmed with an insane number of packages, but there are certain employees here that are just downright rude to customers and it's really disheartening.Unacceptable part though is that the store is regularly closed during its opening hours. They'll often not open until 30+ minutes after the posted time.Thankfully there's another UPS store that just opened on 61st & 2nd; hopefully that helps ease the stress here.

After a 20 minute debate And having to call my bank on speakerphone In front of other customers which was super embarrassing and humiliating over a charge that was taken out of my account for $5.99( Which the worker didn't receive because their computer froze) for a bag to return one of my Amazon items I still have not received any tracking update for any of my items dropped in this location. When I go to my UPS by me I receive tracking update immediately after it scans in. Absolutely horrible customer service will never go here again for any reason. But I will be following up with a complaint to ups corporate also to amazon

I have been here 3 times for Amazon return in the morning, all had been told they cannot accept Amazon return. First time, I believe it happens and the 3rd time, I think they just made fun with people! Never seen the issue in any other place!

Incompetent. Sloppy. Rude. Careless. Need I say more about this store? Unfortunately it's the store nearest where I live. Avoid at all costs. The other bad reviews are entirely on the money.
