I was at this UPS store on a Sunday afternoon. It was busy -- six people in line and just one person behind the counter. But the line moved quickly because they handled each person with competence, courtesy and a working rhythm that was truly something to behold. Shoutout to Savannah for your excellent service!

Lissette & John S are excellent workers here @ this location of UPS service. Friendly and very helpful! I recommend that this is the place to go in the needs of mailing, packing/shipping, as well as getting passport pictures.

To the owner - Jesus and the other gentleman who works alongside him are top of the top. This review has nothing to do with them, they are both amazing. I had the most disgusting experience with LIS and she told me that you - the owner -would not care and she actually blocked my email from going thru to the “district manager”. Pls respond here if you would like to discuss further. If not - I am calling the BBB and the news. SHAME ON HER and for anyone who lets this behavior continue. Just for you to know how it started Lis suggested I “come to the store and look thru 300 packages to find yours”. This is your manager? I will never set foot into your location again. Pls contact me. Also - I just contacted the store at 7:15pm on 10/23 and was told by the young man that my package was not at the store and not in their system and I should file a claim. This afternoon Jesus told me my package was still at the store. So someone pls enlighten me as to what happened between 12pm and 7:15pm. I cannot believe this is how you treat customers in 2023 in NYC. I am disgusted.Update: 1 week later and no owner has made contact. I guess when “LIS” said “the owner won’t care either” - she was certainly correct. Shame on you to let your employees control you. Pathetic.

I was in the store September 21st. The manager was amazing. Lizette was her name I think. She was juggling 5 things at once and yet she remained calm, courteous, and professional. I was impressed! Would hire her if I had a company! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
