my packages ALWAYS MISSING OR STOLEN at least every 2 weeks. 1 in 5 of my packages are not delivered as it said in the tracking, arrive a day or two late, or get stolen because the delivery person of this location do such badjob. I lost thousands of dollars from the worst service of the delivery of this store. The carrier always left the package OUTSIDE THE BUILDING, NEVER FOLLOW DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS, and YOU CAN NEVER FILE A CLAIM.JUST DO YOUR JOB!!If I could give 0 star for this location i would

Tape your packages because the staff asks for $2 to tape up returns. I was given the choice to pay $2 or return with the boxes taped up. And the packing tape was in plain view. This was Sat Aug 5 2023.. Ill keep my one star review and also now inform Amazon about this practice. Maybe they selectively decide whom to charge for tape which makes the event even more concerning. Also why would I go out of my way to make an untrue statement about taping up a box... I would have nothing to gain. I simply tried to use your service and to get my errand done took two trips. The nice lady at the cooper station actually taped the box for me so i could return to your store. The reason for the bad review is the less than helpful staff and the additional effort to find 10 inches of packing tape on a Sunday morning.

This is my first ever and likely only 1 star review I'll ever write. However, what I witnessed was so unacceptable, I felt a responsibility to let others know. I just listened to one of the staff members be nasty to customer after customer while I packed my box. Just unnecessarily rude and unhelpful. Then, she refused to accept my box because she didn't like how I packed it. I went to another UPS Store. They took my package no problem and were super nice to everyone in line. I have been to many UPS Stores and hadn't had a bad experience until today. I certainly won't visit this location again and recommend you do the same.

Recently, we had the absolute pleasure of working with Osama during our cross-country move. He exemplified outstanding customer service and attention to detail. Not only was Osama extremely courteous, but he also went above and beyond by taking the initiative to secure our boxes, ensuring their safe delivery. I keep going to this location because it's nearest my house, but after having the same immiserating experience 3 times in a row at different times of the week, I'm giving up. The staff do fine with people's free returns who seem to provide the most traffic, but each time I've gone in the store there is a significant wait, they make no eye contact, the don't bother to say, "hi, I'll be with you in a few minutes," they just ignore you and look at their screens and pretend you don't exist. I could get this kind of treatment around to block at the US Post Office. Not doing this anymore.

I came in today (April 19, 2023) at 1 PM after ordering a print job online. The online status said it wouldn't be done until tomorrow, but I stopped in hoping I could get the prints anyway since it was only a few pages of black and white copy. The guy working the register had probably 10 customers line up behind me after I came in. Despite running around and trying to take care of everyone, he kept his calm and was as nice as could be to everyone. It took a little while for him to get to me, but he got it done.This man deserves a big raise. To keep composure, and to do so with grace and kindness, is something that I just don't see at a lot of businesses.20 stars to the guy running the place today. The absolute epitome of the type of employee that every business should be chasing down to hire. I hope that man makes it far in life.

Amazing amazing amazing service here! I live down the block and come here often for shipping services for my job, as well as to return Amazon packages and I have always had superb experiences. But I had to take moment to write a review to shout out Osama Abdalla, the owner, and his entire team, for the way he went above and beyond for me.After shipping out seven large and expensive packages a few days before Christmas, I realized an item for one recipient ended up in a box meant for another. I panicked! I initially called UPS directly but they were unable to help. The tracking numbers had not yet been populated with any information, so I couldn’t even tell which was which. So I went back to the UPS store in a desperate scramble and Osama immediately said he could help. After heading downstairs, he emerged with detailed print outs of each package, recipient, tracking number, invoice number and every detail I needed. But! Instead of sending me away and making me call UPS back and fight with them, he called them back himself and asked that the packages be re-routed back to his store so that I could switch out the item myself. He truly went above and beyond in every way.I come to this store multiple times a week and have never had anything but amazing service, but this experience was so much more than I ever expected. At a time as stressful as the holidays, and especially when it comes to work related issues, I cannot thank Osama enough for his kindness, his call to action, or his help in resolving my very convoluted and frustrating issue!

Be careful they lose your packages. They are supposed to be an authorized UPS Store but fail to take any responsibility for packages.
