The UPS store on Bleecker Street in SoHo NY is amazing. Very kind and helpful staff. Everyone is always super incredible...every single time. I love going there to ship my packages.

Incredibly unhelpful. Staff doesn’t even want to print UPS shipping label

I had a package that arrived and they initially handed me a wrong package. I filed a claim and UPS said my correct package is still at UPS and I went in to chat with the workers. They quickly got an attitude with me and called me a liar. They didn't believe I spoke to customer service and filed a claim. I had to beg them to look in the back for my name and as they were yelling at me, they found my package and refused to apologize. Super unprofessional.

I had a horrible costumer service at this location. I asked the UPS worker if they can print out the photo for the passport (2x2). They said yes and told me to log in to my email using their computer. When I accessed the photo they said they do not print photos in 2x2 but they still charged me $3.50 just because I was using their computer.

I will never go to this UPS store again.I am seeing the review about the same person I had the bad luck to meet today. Impolite, disrespectful, who absolutely hate his job, has large issues who only concern himself and not the humble customers who come with a big smile. This is a place of service where you help people getting they package where they need to go, the best way possible.

Yesterday, I had the worst encounter possible with an African American employee who works there who refused to give his name. He was rude, impolite, and offer no assistance for a package I was sending to Canada. He dismissed the problem and told me he can’t help. I went over to the UPS location on 32nd and 3rd Avenue and I was able to send my package without any issues. This guy should be let go if he hates his job so much.

Theres an African American male working there that has dreads, he is extremely rude to customers and has horrible attitude. He should be fired and learn manners

I have been going to this location forever and today the employee who took my turn was very rude. As if he had something against me. He raised his voice and treated me in a way you never treat a client. I am sorry for this location really! Update: I just read the rest of the comments for this place. It appears as though I am not the only person going through this....

Rude, unhelpful, condescending...nothing like being talked down to at a UPS store by a store clerk 10-15 years younger to ruin your day

Use it cause you have to…Staff will get the job done but aren’t one single bit nice or caring. Got extremely rude personnel both morning and afternoon time. If you can go elsewhere do it

If you’re trying to mail your visa documents after your visa appointment, you should go here. It’s the closest ups to the varick uscis location, and the person here was beyond helpful. He knew exactly what was needed and even knew the address, which was great, considering I didn’t really know what was needed. Literally a freaking lifesaver and prob needs a raise.Didn’t catch the associate’s name, but there was another reviewer who said therewas an African American and an Asian person when she went, and there was an African American and Asian person too when I went there (I’m not 100% sure if these were the same people though). The African American dude helped me. The other reviewer had a negative experience, but my experience was the exact opposite of hers.
