This UPS location is extremely unreliable for basic things such as being open during open hours. The staff continuously close the store for breaks during open hours as well as open the store hours late. Besides this, most the staff are very rude and incapable of their job.

This location is quite busy. Maybe they're understaffed ? Might be worth going to a different location if you're in a hurry. Otherwise they're great. They took my packages and gave me a receipt after.

Had an emergency packet that needed to go out after our scheduled pick up time. I called this branch to confirm that it was not too late for overnight shipping. Someone picked up and I said “Hi, I have a quick question,” and before I could finish a guy said “You need to send an email,” and hung up. This happened 4 times. He’s frankly lucky I had somewhere to be because I was in walking distance of the branch. Luckily I ran into a UPS truck on my way to the store. Will be stopping by tomorrow though because I have time ❤️?

The workers here are the most rude out of all the stores and incredibly unhelpful. Ask them a question and they won’t respond like humans, just robotic answers like you’re reading the Q&A if a website. Also lack of accountability and quick to ask customers to complain about their colleagues to get them in trouble.

People are a little rough on expensive services with a long wait, which is understandable. However, this location is so kind and helpful. John, in particular, is so patient and knowledgeable. Actually, there have been a lot of wonderful, patient staff through this place, considering the absolutely idiocy they deal with. Unfortunately, we live in a world where people don't understand how to physically send mail or ship a package, so almost every interaction is a full learning experience for the customer; and a lot of holding it together for the staff. I consider myself a Rockstar of customer service, and I could not handle what these guys do on a daily basis. They are wonderful at what they do. If you want a faster. Cheaper option go to UPS. Know your shipping services. Be nice to people in customer service.

Ups needs to get a better 1800 tracking service it sent me to the store number. The guy said they don’t track the packages to hi online. I was not happy but he went over and beyond to get the information I needed
