I have been in retail/customer service for almost 30 years. I have shopped a lot of places. This was by far the WORST experience I ever had. Apparently ups locations are franchised and it shows. The manager/owner has no business being in customer service let alone being in leadership. His tone is abrasive at best . He has no idea how to talk to his customer or his employees . He was so rude to me I was shaking. The other employee tried to help, but again the manager kept interrupting. I left because honestly if I was a man , I may have gotten violent with this person. Trust me. There’s a few locations within walking distance. Don’t even bother. I hope his employees find other jobs. This dude either hates women, or everyone .

The staff - Danny at store 0304 was amazing! Took the time to explain best options, packaged everything to a high level of confidence, and was extremely personable. For that alone, I’d come back!

My recent visit to this location was highly disappointing due to the extremely rude and unhelpful behavior of their employee. When I asked about shipping options, their response was curt and lacked detailed information. It's essential for customer service representatives to maintain a positive attitude and provide thorough assistance. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company. UPS should address this issue to ensure better experiences for their customers in the future.

Some of their employees are fantastic but had a terrible experience last time with a rude employee who was unhelpful and dismissive of a simple need. I know it’s hard to hire good employees but they need to let this person go asap.

Despite some low reviews, my experience at this UPS store was surprisingly positive. The staff, especially the great male employees, went above and beyond in helping me ship samples to California.They were patient, friendly, despite being extremely busy with a line. I received the best serviced I requested with options on speed of delivery and pricing. And they even assisted me when I left my credit card behind. Their hospitality and positive attitude made the overall experience well worth it. I won't hesitate to use them again!

Guy at the front was nice but $5 to print out 5 pages in black and white? There was a $3 charge just for him to use the computer to print it for me which is ridiculous. Whoever made this rule should be ashamed of themselves. Whenever I go to any other ups store to print, they never charge me $3 just for them to use the computer.

I'm confused by all the negative reviews. I've been to this UPS store many times over the past several months and always have a great experience. The man (owner?) who has been there most mornings, including today (12/15/23 at 10am), is friendly and super efficient. The line is often packed with people and he gets us all in and out within 2-3 minutes max. Very impressive. I always get a warm welcome and goodbye. The shop is small and often packed with boxes, but don't let that deter you -- the customer service, especially by this man, gets this 5 stars. All of my packages have arrived to their destination without issue. Thank you!

There is a young man on the 23 street store between 7/6 ave. Name Edwin Ortiz always helps with a smile. I have a small business n I use Amazon a lot. He is always willing to help and knows his job well. I have a store not far from my job 181 and the person there is not the person I want to do business with.Thank you for hiring people like Edwin. 10/30/23 7:15pm

On my visit to Panama City, Florida in August 2023, I googled for a Fed Ex (near me). To my surprise the location didn't exist. My next thought was for a UPS (near me). Voila! I contacted the location on 23 rd St. Upon the rep (Aaliyah) answering, ALL my questions (directions, downloading, scanning, notarization) were handled in a timely & concise manner. Keep hiring people of her (Aaliyah's) stature

I wish I could give this place no stars! Absolutely horrible employees and filthy store. I live one block away and I will be avoiding in the future. Totally ghetto. Rude staff. They just don’t care and treat everyone like a bother. They also play loud rap music with inappropriate lyrics. I just don’t get it! How can you be serving people with such horrible attitude. For the record, I am always polite to service people….good morning, how are you? Etc. They don’t even greet you! You can walk into this establishment in a good mood and walk out hating life. AVOID THIS LOCATION. Owner should fire entire staff!!!

I would give a minus five star if the option was there. The customer rep on May 27, 2023 there was extremely rude and pretty much told me “you people don’t understand anything” when I tried to return an Amazon package. Considering that I am Asian and he kept saying “you people”, I don’t know how I should feel about it. I would rather walk further to the UPS store on the 7th Avenue than ever going to this store again.
