I'm typically reluctant to post negative reviews, as I believe in giving businesses the benefit of the doubt. However, my recent interaction with a UPS employee named Rhonda compels me to share my experience, which I found profoundly unsatisfactory.I had arranged and prepaid for a UPS pickup service to collect 11 of my parcels, a mix of small envelopes and boxes. After Rhonda left me a voicemail, I promptly returned her call. During our conversation, she informed me that I would need to arrange and pay for another pickup, claiming that the initial driver did not find the packages. This was perplexing, as I had confirmed with my doorman that the packages were indeed present and accounted for. It appears there was a discrepancy, as the driver reportedly only agreed to collect two items, expecting another team to retrieve the remainder.I attempted to clarify that I was willing to accommodate a pickup the following day, provided I wasn't charged again since the service was already paid for. Unfortunately, the discussion escalated; Rhonda's tone became increasingly confrontational, to the point of yelling, which made it challenging to have a constructive conversation. When I requested to speak with her supervisor, the situation took an even more bizarre turn as she placed me on hold then pretended to be her superior during our call.My intention was to address this matter efficiently and courteously, yet the response I received was neither professional nor respectful. Such behavior not only reflects poorly on individual employees but also on UPS as a whole, especially when there seems to be a pattern of reluctance among certain pickup personnel to fulfill their service commitments.Should this issue remain unresolved in the coming days, I feel compelled to escalate my concerns by filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. It is my hope that by bringing this to light, it will prompt a more considerate and professional service approach in the future.

One star is generous for them and is to only be able to write a review. I receive all packages to my address (from Amazon, Chewy, major retail stores) unless they are delivered via ups. Multiple times I was home on the dates/times they “attempted” the delivery, but I didn’t not let the in, according to the ups tracking. This is ridiculous now - I got 2 other packages on the same date but ups marked it as I was not home. Then they drove who knows where my package with food, tracking showed that it was supposed to be redelivered next day only to receive an update at night that it will be dropped off at an access point near me next day. At this point , I have doubts if ups drivers actually show up at my door when they say I was not home! I tried to call and change it, but their cust service is only good at saying they can’t help. Also, maybe your drivers should attempt actually deliver all packages, follow the instructions/ call the number/ buzz neighbors/ or whatever Amazon delivery ppl do to get inside the building (when I am not even home!).This is ridiculous - waiting for a food package staying home, adding notes on my doors that I am home with my phone number!!! for 3 days (plus initial delivery was postponed due to holidays) while your delivery ppl have it somewhere “out for delivery.” Also, they previously had a 20+ lbs package dropped off at access point and I had to carry it home!Disgusting service UPS in New York, NY.

Yesterday Afternoon I was Attacked at the 137 Montague location from an employee he was. A black male with Locs or braids, he told me he was going to shoot and kill me. I had to call the police and make a report this situation should never had happened and he’s neede to be arrested and fired for trying to attack a women because he’s having a bad day i truly hope corporate get back to me soon so we can resolve this issue peacefully and I do plan on taken legal action.

Did the Cologuard test. I forgot to take label off. instead of the employee taking off the label they sent it back to my address. how lazy are they at the UPS store on AUSTIN ST forest HILLS.

UPS lost my package from Amazon. Address was correct on Amazon, and UPS was having “technical errors” on its dumb website and wouldn’t believe me. Then they told me this package was at THIS facility and it was OPEN UNTIL 9pm on both google and talking with customer support. I show up and it’s 826 and it’s doors are closed, and says my package is not there. YOU PEOPLE ARE ABSOLUTE HORSE **** im here right now and you can clearly see the time i posted and showed up. How hard is it people? And you want to get paid more??? Idiots. Also this seems to be an occurring problem across all customers at this location….. and let me guess, they will post the same automated message like at all the other posts just like this one.

The address for my package was wrong. ZERO notification via phone or email that the address was incorrect. Until I checked online since delivery was taking too long, then I realized address was wrong, corrected the address, then my delivery status changed to "awaiting for a customer pick up" - again, without ANY notification to email or to text message, why do we provide these details, when no one uses them?! Why did the status change from delivery to pick up? I need it to be delivered to me, address was updated, why do I have to go across town (it was not even brought to UPS store near me). There is NO WAY to speak to customer service representative, online chat is never available either. I needed the item by certain date, now with this incompetent delivery process I will have to return it.Overall, all I can say, I hope Amazon takes all these incompetent companies out of business.On the side note, the staff working at this location are polite and helpful. Just hope the crooked system is fixed.

Package was “processing”, never available for pickup, and then returned to across the country. My package is effectively lost, and support is horrible. Total headache and loss.

They came to deliver the package on a holiday, so there was no recipient. I updated them to deliver it on a working day between 10:00 and 17:00. However, they came outside of the specified time and claimed in the system that my address was incorrect, even though it was correct. This caused me to wait for the package for more than 5 days. I tried to contact them about my address three times, and they acknowledged it and said they would deliver it, but nothing has changed. And today, I still haven't received it.

I think the people at the counter are really friendly really nice they're quick they do a wonderful job the disappointment that I have there is when I go there and let's say I-ship only overnight early AM package and then when I ask for a signature require sticker or ask for a couple of stickers they said oh I'm sorry we don't have those or if I ask for a Saturday delivery sticker than I said oh I'm sorry we don't have those we don't have those I've been doing this and you know I've been doing this Been doing this for like the last several months you know it's the same thing all the time oh we don't know that we don't have that But again the people at the cashier they are very friendly very nice and very helpful

I had to ship stuff home to lighten our load. It was a short walk from hotel. The night before I picked up a box from McDonalds and packaged it up with as much as I could. The staff was super friendly and helpful. She said good idea getting a box because ours are a little pricey. Fast and friendly service.

I have been waiting for 3 days for a delivery. It keeps telling me a different day, and I keep waiting each day. Today, ups left a delivery note saying I wasn’t here. I was. They did not call, text, or email that they were on their way, any update, or that they were here. I called customer service and they had the facility call me back. An extremely rude woman from the facility called me - she was passive aggressive, kept interrupting me, and told me it was my fault for not being here. I tried to reiterate that I was here, and informed her every other delivery service is able to text or call or email with delivery updates. She said “we don’t do that, and continued to talk over me. I told her I didn’t appreciate her passive aggressiveness and she hung up.

the worst place in the entire world, my package was “unlocateable” but they said that it was being held here??? I went and waited 2 hours for them to say it wasn’t there and customer service mis I putted the tracking number.
