Owner should brief staff on how to address customers, e.g. how can I help you? How to kindly say, oh that’s a package to fedex so we cannot accept that. I’m so sorry. Also, it’s a small store. If a customer is in your way, don’t roll your eyes and sigh when they’re trying to get served.They were fine losing 30-50 bucks of an overnight letter with poor service, exasperated body language and callous attitude.Avoid this franchise until they train their staff better.

This location exemplifies the worst customer service practices imaginable. It should be the subject of a study on how not to treat customers, serving as a cautionary example for the customer service industry worldwide. Congratulations.

I have been using the UPS location on 86th between Columbus and Amsterdam for 5 years and I have had the pleasure of entrusting my business to Karl and UPS.Karl is polite, knowledgeable, and very professional. He prevails by quickly resolving, accepting, and receiving the shipments for the day and sending his clients off with a smile.He is also a kind and patient human being.He has helped with numerous shipments to charities, handling them with the utmost care and so ensuring that many children have been supported.Karl handles even the busiest moments in the tiny store with grace and care.UPS is lucky to have such a wonderful employee, who represents the company so well.Thank you UPS! — A special thank you to Karl for keeping customers positive and putting a smile on our faces.

Simply put this store is terrible! Not only is included the customer services abysmal! The sales rep behaves as if he’s annoyed with you for being a customer. The old adage holds true, if you do not like your job, why are you working that job, find another! She is very dismissive, and I personally wish I had his name so you could report him yourself. The rating for this store is authentic!
