I have no problem with this place. Fast and efficient. I recommend it. I see some one star....that has not been my experience. They open weekdays long hours and also Saturday from 10 am to 3 pm. Support the neighborhood.

The store Is a joke the manager is an idiot disrespectful wasn't on the phone for more then 15 seconds and hangs the phone up o me I call back to ask him a question and says no no no we didn't receive we don't have it how the hell would you know if I didn't give you the tracking number yet a complete idiot moron stupid dumbas! I would give 0 stars if i could someone needs to fire him and get someone to run that store properly and at the end of our conversation I asked to speak to someone hire up he says I am good luck finding your package im trying to call back no answer at all wow this is how UPS deals with personal information and contracts and money and specially over the holidays wow just wow the worst service ever.

Came to this location and inquired if they could print my label. They said they could. Only after it was printed and attached, I was charged $2.18 printing fee. This is certainly not going to ruin me, but I think the price is not right, and certainly not transparent. I was supposed to be told beforehand, or they should have a price list on display (which they don't). I paid and asked for a receipt. A few minutes later, in the streets, I found out the price was not included in the receipt. Unfair, non-transparent practices in my book. Not again. I have better experience with other providers.

Great customer service here! I was a bit skeptical to come to this location because of some reviews here, but decided to give it a try and judge on my own. The service was so quick and easy, and friendly staff.

I was thrown out by the manager (not sure) because I’ve been told my pick-up package has been arrived, they said it’s not been delivered yet. It was raining, and the other girl in store was nice, she said I can stay inside and contact the customer service.Few mins later, there was an African American guy (I guess manager)came in and asked me to leave the store, i said I am a customer and coming here to pick up my package. He still forced me out said I am not a customer since my package is not arrived yet. I was calling the customer service and didn’t want to argue with him so I went outside and stand in front of the store to continue my phone call. Remember, it was heavy raining that day, I had to hold my umbrella and make the phone call in rain.Guess what, the worse thing happened, that rude, disrespectful guy walked out and yelled at me, said I am not allowed to stay outside the store, the whole area in front of the store is all UPS business space. And he kept saying my package is not here so I am not a customer.WORST UPS STORE & STAFF in the world, avoid this location

The girl who works there was disrespectful, unkind, and very unprofessional. She cut me off and gave me attitude when I wasn’t finished saying what I needed to say. I am a human being and should be treated as such. While I was talking she got the manager and stated “you deal with her” and completely dismissed me. A person who lacks patience and is unwilling to fully listen to a client let alone ensure that client is satisfied should not be in the business of customer service. She didn’t even explain to me where the tracking number was located on the paper. She through my property in a bag and didn’t even put it in a box that was needed to be sent. I appreciate the manager who was willing to listen and finish what she started. However , her lack patience and short fuse wasn’t necessary. Kindness goes a long way and she won’t get far in life if she keeps up with that mean spirited nasty persona.

The manager bullied me and nobody helped. I had like 10 orders to return and Amazon doesn’t provide a return list, so I had to look through a lot of mixed orders to find which is which and it took like 3 minutes. I am an Asian girl and there are like 1-2 white men manager saw waiting behind. He rudely told me I could not be here wasting their time and had to wait in line until I finish find my order, but it is impossible because there are so many of them and I can’t just line again and again and doing it together is way faster and also saving their time. I explained this and he didn’t let me line but looked unhappy. When I finished, it was only a few minutes and didn’t take that long at all- just imagine I come 10 times for 10 orders and of course it will take longer for 1 order. And the store is empty when I left so it wasn’t busy at all- which I told them. He said “don’t come back”! And all this happened after I was busy packing my stuff and didn’t see a white man running into me, who loudly said “don’t you see you way? “ I’m like I’m sorry but I didn’t see you- and he stormed off saying”of course you didn’t”. The manager did not only help with this situation and made me even feel worse. I don’t want to say it’s like racism/sexism because the manager is African American himself but the dynamic there to bully an Asian girl because I look easy to be bullied is certainly there. What if a white man is in my situation, would they do those things to him?

I was thrown out by the manager because I said the address to ship to was not in the system. I said please check- last 12 months shipped 40 documents to this atty.He said I had attitude for questioning and He Would Not Ship. And he would call the police if I didn’t leave. He said that while I was Already leaving.I went to the next UPS store. They found the address in my account. I of course would have given it to the first store manager if he let me.

I called this store for help because I was having issues getting through to regular customer service. The man was immediately hostile, and HUNG UP ON ME after about 30 seconds.Mind you, I was being pleasant and friendly. I was just politely asking for help. He did not want to help a UPS customer, therefore should be fired from UPS.

This man who works as a manager in this store is absolutely useless worker. All what he is doing is chilling and going back and forth being rude and refusing to help.Only one person who was trying to help is a tall guy (don’t know his name) but he could not cuz my case is in manager’s jurisdiction.So once again why UPS keeps this useless manager if he can’t resolve anything. I feel he discriminated me by RACE and by GENDER. He kicked me out from the store.I feel psychologically insulted and want UPS company pay attention on this case with manager of this store.Basically worker (w glasses) of this store sent my expensive package to someone else. So I wasted there one hour and got zero resolution.
