They charge $3 just to turn the printer on for you because they have no computer or printing area. Staff is friendly, but this location is clearly stuck behind the times.

This store is closed during its hours of operation. There is a UPS delivery man and three customers waiting outside wondering why the door is locked and the lights are off.

Amazing staff ! The whole Team working there is above and beyond. They are very professional, efficient and always have been very helpful. I feel sorry about the bad reviews, these guys are good people who work hard and know their stuffs.
The store could definitely look nicer but it’s the same at all UPS locations. Room for improvement here !
