I've been a client for many years.Great location convenient topostoffice ,subway and in walking distance to all the important main Avenues and landmarks.The level of professionalism, service and caring kindness that Doris manager / staff practice has always made me feel more than just a client and like family instead.I'm extremely happy to recommend this UPS store for all your personal and business shipping needs.I believe they offer many other services too.Doris or any of the team members will be sure and make strong efforts in providing you with what you need to feel confident and satisfied.I meet the owner many years ago and he is a wonderful person as well.At the time he had other locations incase 51 Street is not convenient for you.

I asked for receipts for over a month with no results, tried showing up to the store to finally get this sorted out (being proactive), and after no one helping me, I get this series of emails from the manager: "this is the 5th time we sent you the receipt AND ALSO GIVE THEM TO YOUR EMPLOYESS THAT PICK UP YOUR MAIL" and "YOUR EMPLOYESS U SENT to pick up your mail was disrespectful so u need to show them how to be professional all your employees has all the mailbox receipts you should ask them for it and it was sent have a nice night."

CHRIS AND MARISOL PROVIDED ME WITH THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER. PLUS I WAS BEING FORCE TO PAY EXTRA BECAUSE I WAS TOLD THAT I CANNOT BUY A BOX FROM THEM TO PACK MYSELF, I WOULD HAVE TO BUY A PACKING PACKAGE OR GO SOMEWHERE TO BUY A BOX, THEN GO BACK TO THEM TO SHIP OFF MY PACKAGE.

As a customer with disability which is not obvious to others [brain injury], the steep steps down to the store's front door are difficult to manage without a much needed hand rail. Now that winter is here, it's even more of a danger, not just for those with disabilities but for all of your customers, to walk down icy or slippery steps with nothing to hold onto in order to get into your store.

The lady who checked me out and the other two men were very friendly, funny, and patient with me (and with the customer next to me). They were busy with tasks when we came in and stopped to help us so there would be no wait and I was in and out in under 5 minutes. Appreciate them!

The front desk guy refused to accept my drop off packages because it was 19" in lenght. He said the max lenght for Amazon drop off packages is 18". Called UPS Corporate Office and filed two complaints. This location should not be mentioned as a drop off UPS location if they don't accept packages over 18" in lenght. Had to go to another location where this was not an issue. What a joke

It has come to attention that an individual, who approached the staff at this location with a seemingly simple inquiry, left the premises visibly distressed and tearful. Based on my observations, the interaction between the employees and the individual raised concerns regarding the manner in which the situation was handled. The conversation, which I had the opportunity to overhear, involved multiple employees and, from my perspective, seemed less than courteous.It would be prudent for the management to review this incident and consider whether additional training on customer service could benefit the staff, ensuring that future interactions uphold the reputation of the establishment. It might also be worthwhile to evaluate and reinforce any existing policies aimed at maintaining a professional and respectful work environment.In saying this, I recognize that there may be varying perspectives and additional context that I am not privy to, so I encourage a thorough and objective review of the situation. Such a review can only serve to enhance the customer experience and foster a positive atmosphere, thereby reflecting well on the establishment as a whole.

Morales and Trevor and KevinClinton they have wonderful energy they always welcome people with a big smile they always help people with every problem they have. This is the only place I like to return stuff to Amazon and any other place I love this location they hard workers gbove and beyond❤❤❤

Doris the manager is truly outstanding goes above and beyond to hep her customers been coming here for 3 year now i live on 57th and i avoid that upsstore at all cost .they are disgusting and rude this young lady always so delightful and helpful. she be alone and handles the line by using both registers the only employee i ever see do that and that is amazing, she's someone ill keep coming to for all services i need thank you Doris And Staff

Just tried to do a return here. They wanted to charge me $40 for a box to return $30 worth of boxes to Amazon (a free return). Though for one box there were 3 items on the screen.The worst part was the girls attitude. She didn't empathize with me on the unexpected news. Though, I did try to empathize with her because it would suck to have tell people that everyday. She said she didn't mind and loved everything about her job. Though I said I wouldn't do the order or come back (to which she said she's good with that), I did wish her a good day (because who knows what her story was). Her attitude filled reply was "oh, I will." Instead of "you too." Wow. I am a fan of UPS but this store needs to get it together.Still empathizing- I am sure was expecting it the conversation to go a lot nastier and was just waiting for it to. Further, she did greet me promptly.
