These people are literally evil. Waited 45 minutes for a fire drill. And the people working here feel like they are from a Kafka novel.Edit: Verlene was incredible and very helpful. I would give 5 stars for her, but 0 for management!

Outstanding customer service received from Cherlie, although the line was long it moved swiftly. Once I got to the window I was greeted with a warm welcome from Cherlie. She was very detailed with her explanations and provided excellent customer service.

Dropped off 4 packages. All fragile. Watched them get thrown into a bin carelessly.

There are some great people here, real veterans of the Postal Service who work hard and in all conditions. Verlane from The Bronx got it right, “una poca de gracia para mi, para ti…” They get it done with class, rock solid reliable like the granite halls and walls of CSS. Much respect to My home office. Boombastic.

Worst experience I ever had at this USPS. The lady that was at the passport service was rude, unhelpful and not professional. I wish I can give a 0 star!

I love the fact that this post office stays open until 8pm on weekdays. I need extra time to get my packages ready so this location is ideal. I really love that when I scan my prepaid labels at the kiosk they update to “in-transit” very quickly.

Why can't this post office which services a huge burgeoning city get its stuff together? Trying to pick up a package here (which was never even attempted to be delivered in the first place) took 30 minutes with only one other person in front if me. Getting the man's attention behind the counter is like a quest to the wizard of oz. Will he come out from behind the curtain? Maybe when he feels like it. The man wrote the address down on a slip of paper and disappeared again for ages. Don't they have computers? Why isn't this the least bit organized. I found the wizard but left with more questions than answers. I was also late back to work.
