Malcolm B was very helpful today; he took the time out to help me today and I’m very grateful. He was courteous and concerned. Thanks so much!

Malcom R is the best. He was directing everyone in line where to go for faster service, he helped me get a held package at the station and then helped me mail three out. He was friendly and kind, big smile on his face. He is a super start employee and should be recognized for his professionalism, genuine kindness, and generous customer service.

I am very grateful to the staff member who helped me rent a mailbox today. He is a kind, careful and handsome guy. Although it is raining heavily outside today, my mood is sunny. Because this post office is clean and tidy, the staff's service is great, and they helped me handle the business in the shortest time. They deserve five stars.

Unnecessarily rude and unhelpful staff. Make sure you have a lot of patience before attempting to mail anything from this location.

This location is dirty and often has a very rude BW that works behind one of the counters. She is very rude, uncouth, lazy and super masculine to say the least. Not good at all and not a good look for the USPS.Also many of the times there are long lines because often only one counter is open when there is often more than one person in the back.In general the majority of the people that work behind the counters are lazy and so not value the customer.USPS needs to hire far better people at this location.

This post office, and seemingly all post offices in NYC, are truly disturbing. I am a soon-to-be attorney, and I've never seen anything like it. Their clerks literally lie about very serious postal service policies. One slammed the window in my face when I told her I was recording the conversation and her giving out misinformation. They also "mess" with you, as if they think it's funny. I am complaining to the inspector general. Send a message to the inspector general. Enough messages and they will crack down on these post offices. It's similar to NYCHA and the school systems- totally corrupt. It's very sad.

Look, no post office in America has retained the charm it had 75 years ago. You can tell this is a grand old space that has fallen into disrepair due to less frequent usage. That said, I’ve never had a terrible experience here. Today, the Asian gentleman at the window greeted me in a very friendly way, helped me mail my item, told me where to drop it off, and wished me Happy Holidays. I do wish they had a simple vending machine for stamps. Otherwise, it’s really not that bad.

Probably the rudest lady I’ve ever come into contact with works behind the window there. Wish I got her name but will literally never return! Their people sure know how to ruin a day!

Long lines, two windows open during busy weekday times, very rude staff and absolutely NO customer service. Spent 40 mins in line to ask a question and got such a rude response

At around 1:00 noon today, I took two small packages to the window to post. A Middle Eastern woman in a headscarf, about forty years old, refused to accept it for me, and said that my package was too small to handle it! The government doesn’t know what to eat. The tax I file every year is used as her salary by you. Such a service attitude is worthy of working in a government department! No one came out to manage it, garbage government
