I recently visited this USPS location and had a positive experience with the Asian woman employee (I wish I had picked up her name). She was friendly, helpful, and efficient in assisting me with my needs. She took the time to answer my questions and provide guidance, which I greatly appreciated.

Terrible Post office!!!!Everyone was extremely Rude and Disrespectful towards me. Unprofessional behavior.The attendant in the passport area and supervisor - Asia started yelling and cursing at me, offering no help to the situation I was in. If you can't work in customer service, then find a place where you can be of more use.Sincerely.

Issue after issue with this place. Scheduled a redelivery for last week. Nothing. I mean, they really need to shut this place down. Who is hiring these people? Nothing gets delivered, nothing gets sent. Please everyone call USPIS and report this location. That is the only way they will know there is a major issue

AVOID! I have had multiple packages stolen from the drop box IN THEIR BUILDING. I have had enough and called USPIS to report them. I have even had things stolen when dropping them in mailboxes on the street. USPIS confirmed that those mailboxes go through this post office. They are robbing me. Legitimately robbing me. USPIS says this post office will contact me in 2-3 days. Zero faith that they will help me since they are the ones stealing from me. But USPIS says if they dont help I can call them back, refer to my case number, and they will elevate their investigation on this post office. I HIGH ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO CALL USPIS ABOUT THIS PLACE

If there is a minus star, I would like to give a staff minus 500 star. I planned to send postcards to my friends and I asked for if she can put a New York postmark on them. The lady said: the postmark is a service, you should pay for it. Then I told her when I sent postcard from Tennessee, the staff did not ask for the money but just put postmark on my postcards. Can you believe what she said, she said “ yeah yeah, why not you send it from Tennessee” in a very rude and ironic way. Then, I paid what she asked for. When I grab the receipt and turn around to leave, she said “snitch” to me. I cannot believe why this kind of staff can work here. I tried to find her name tag but I didn’t find it.

I misplaced my receipt with the tracking info. Information was not entered into inform delivery. So I have no clue where my package went. Let's do better USPS.

If i could give negative stars i would. Usps workers from that location has zero intention to help you with anything. It’s interesting how people make wages for not working at all.
