The employees at this location have the stankiest attitude. They’re rude, unhelpful, and belong on the unemployment line. Not one of them deserves to be employed the way they talk to people. I was refused service there tonight because I had my service dog with me. She didn’t even bother to ask if he was a service animal. She flat out refused service. I was in such shock over the way she spoke to me that I didn’t even push back. I just left. If you can, do whatever postal business you that you must, from the 112th street Columbia Station location. They’re much more amiable, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful.

these reviews are insane. i went here to get my passport renewed and the woman working was so helpful, efficient, and kind. i had an issue with my paperwork and had to come back later and she made sure i got all sorted out.they only have one person doing the passport renewals so all waiting time is due to how put together the party ahead of you is. if you are patient + prepared you should not have an issue!

Had a great experience here today. No line, friendly staff and really helpful. My package was returned to sender but they found it for me and gave it to me.

Althought they were not rude to me, they workers here are not very gelpful and commit to doing the absolute minimum. It can be frustrating, as the few times you visit a PO, its usual something very important.

The reviews arent exaggerating one bit. I got yelled at by one of the employees for requesting a redelivery of a huge package bc they said i could carry it 5 blocks. I had to take a uber back. Terrible service

I came into the location because the online process to complete a change of address required me to verify myself. I was helped by the representative tonight in the by a woman working at the window to the left, which she verified me in the system and said I was able to proceed with completing the change of address and sent me on my way. I didn't want to leave and come back if there was an issue, so I processed it at the location on my phone. Sure enough, it said I needed to go into a usps location to be verified once more.I got the woman attention that it didn't work. She starts to become frustrated that I needed to wait longer. Thats fine, I'll wait, but I was concern that my online request has flagged something in the system again. But she she starts to become enraged that I didn't wait. I tell her, I the information would be appreciated at present or that she could have processed this for me and make sure the transaction went smoothly, but like a flip of a switch she was just overcome with rage and stormed off.I have no idea where my standing is on getting my account, I'll have to head back in tomorrow - to a different location. But if you want to get help, don't go here. I didn't read about the prior reviews before posting this... But my experience tonight aligns to others sharing about the service they received here at 215 West 104th Street.I understand the frustration of customer service jobs, but the woman at this location just exploded and was so unprofessional when she could have not try to escalate an issue when people are coming in to seek help.

These employees do not care and it shows. It is worth the walk to go somewhere else.

Never had a good experience here, they are always so rude, dismissive, and act like you’re stupid even when you have everything ready and done right for them

Worst mailing experience ever, the staff are so rude. When filling in the information, they kept urging me and deliberately making things difficult. With no microphone between us and the thick glass, I couldn't hear them clearly and they raised their voices very impatiently. When you were filling in the information, you took advantage of me not being able to hear clearly and deliberately said that this thing of yours is only worth $1, right? I don’t have a long brain, would I spend more than 100 US dollars in postage to send something worth 1 US dollar? It's like a prison! Everyone, don’t go!

I picked up a package today at Cathedral Station; the postal worker was quick and courteous. This experience normally would not be worth noting, but I thought I should counterbalance all the horrible reviews.
