I had my Passport appointment with Veronica and she was amazing. I arrived almost an hour early and she went out of her way to accommodate me early. I had a few questions regarding my application and she explained everything before moving forward with the process.She is very good at her job and I was out in about 15 minutes.Employees like Veronica are an asset to USPS.Thank you for making the entire process so easy.

I don’t like posting bad reviews, but I have never had a good experience here. Most people who work here are rude and unprofessional.Additionally, they can’t even print their own labels? I came in to drop off two packages and had labels to be scanned that were specifically for the USPS. They said they couldn’t print them and told me I could go to UPS instead to get them printed. It’s crazy how backwards the whole system is.Whenever I need to go to FedEx or UPS or any other stores I never have any problems, EVER. I don’t even have issues at any other USPS, it’s only this one that operates in an completely backwards fashion.Next time if I have the option to go to this specific USPS or send mail via a carrier pigeon I will choose the pigeon.

This is my first time of having a positive USPS experience. Arrived at 4:52 for a money order purchase, and exited at 4:57 with a big smile on my face. The location did not have any line when it’s less than 45 minutes before closing and when you would say is the rush hours as far as post office businesses go.My questions were answered clearly, and transaction completed competently and timely. I will be completing a separate post office survey from the barcode on my receipt.People in the role of providing services hear complaints and hear from unhappy customers all the time. It is important to provide positive feedback and well deserved praises.A job well done!

When you call the Chelsea office, they never pick up. And they're the worst Post Office in the community. And if you try to speak to someone, no one's there. Packages never get on time of the navigate delivered
