This USPS locatio is disgusting and unkept. The employees are mean, harsh, and discriminatory. Today, an employee called me slow because I couldn't figure out the forms I needed to mail an envelope. They must hate their jobs, but there's plenty of competent people with customer service skills that would gladly take their place. Discrimination is never ok. I don't remember the name of the lady who discriminated against me, but she had brassy highlights. Horrible demeanor.

Terrible experience. The employees are wildly incompetent; they don't know how to process even standard services like opening a PO Box. I had to explain to the employee which documents could be accepted and which could not. In the end, I was sent to another branch to look for a supervisor because there was no supervisor at this branch today. What are you even there for? For anything beyond hello and goodbye, you have to "check with a supervisor"? How do such people even get hired?

People are very aggressive here. They don’t communicate with anyone and get mad when you don’t understand because you haven’t done anything wrong.

I went to this USPS store to take a passport picture last week. An Indian lady (presumably) working there told me that I should go to 86 Street Photo on the UES since it would be cheaper there. I first thought that she was doing me a favor, but after going to the photo studio, I realized that the person working there was from the same country with the lady. I have suspicion that they might be related. Hopefully, this is investigated by the authorities.

I would like to know why the majority of usps workers in the storefront offices are unacceptably awful. why? I'm 68 years old; formerly an executive; retired; I would like a job.

Awful service. Had a 1pm appointment for my passport and arrived at 1:08 (granted I was a few minutes late but still within grace period), by the time I got to the front of the line it was 1:35pm. The woman at the front said I needed to reschedule because she called my name at 1:15 and I didn’t answer. Except she didn’t call my name at all because I had been standing in line since I arrived waiting my turn.. she just didn’t want to deal with another person. Completely dismissive and rude. 0/10.

They’re so mean here. They made me feel so incredibly uncomfortable. There’s not a hospitable bone in there.

Woman at window 2 is just plain mean. She's rude and nasty to customers daily. No one answers the phone at the location to complain. She runs away after nastiness so that you can't see her name tag, and no one else will share her name. Steer clear of her window if you want to have actual help without being unnecessarily berated.
