A staff will scream at you ‘USE YOUR BRAIN THAT’S WHY WE HAVE BRAIN’ when you ask where to put your stuff.Worst place ever. I’ve heard lots of bad stories about this USPS from other companies in this building but wow…An older staff behind in this morning screamed at me ‘’!!!use your brain!!!! that’s why you have a brain’ when I asked where to put my stuff lol. I know there’s no window and feel miserable in there but can’t say that to customers. And I’m 100% sure I use brain more and make more money than that person.

Honestly I don’t know why there are any negative reviews for this location. I come here often and every single time I have been treated with nothing but kindness! Especially from Star! Every time I have her as my teller, she’s always smiling and so polite and so helpful! She’s definitely my go to when I go to that post office. I hope management sees my review and gives her the recognition she deserves!

Great place, short lines, super friendly and helpful staff. It is a bit hidden (go into the building, register at the front desk, go up the elevator and find the right unit) but totally worth it for the experience!

I have faced very bad experience. They don’t have any manners to behave with customers, very unprofessional staff. Employees are very much idiots and they yell at the public.

The ladies are not very friendly, Brenda wouldn’t let me borrow a pen to scratch out an old label. I guess this is the usual for post office attitude. Good thing is that it is conveniently located in midtown.

I just want to thank Tracy and Yasmin who went above and beyond to help me find my package. First of all they actually answered the phones, they were proper, polite and professional. I am so happy with their kindness. Please keep up the great work ladies!!!

One clerk - who though efficient and nice, meant the longest slowest wait just to get a stamp as there are no stamp machines. Abysmal

One of the worst inconvenient employees there, they will not lift a finger even when you explain your situation. In these trying times they will try to send you to another location, and upsell you with packing supplies. They also do not accept packages that are medium sized boxes considering their office size even though everything has been prepaid. Please find better employees that are willing to help customers do the simplest of things because these woman love to waste time on the clock.

Abusive employees, they never help at all as if you would know as much as they know working there. They can't lift a finger literally. Yes I'm annoyed. Tried so many times to run business but I can't at this location.

Just tell the security you're going to USPS and you'll get a code to get in. It's on the 4th floor just walk around and you'll find it. Basically no line here and super friendly staffs. Totally worth it.

Most convent post office in the jewelry district, the friendliest staff and one of the greatest assets in 47th street

Isnt it crazy that you need an id to get in to USPS? I know that it doesn't make a difference but never coming back to this location lol

Once you find it you'll finish your task quickly because it's hidden and few people are waiting
