Passport service is trash. How do you have a horrible attitude TO A BABY. Like really? Miserable. Advice to parents: even though you may be looking to get your minor’s passport done here because it’s a one-stop-stop, just DONT. Get the photo done elsewhere.

This is the slowest USPS location I have ever been to. Customer service is a hit or miss. The female employee who is usually in Window 2 is plain racist - she mistreats every white person coming to her window. She is discourteous and purposefully does everything in her power to make your USPS experience miserable. As an example, after waiting in a long line, she lectured me in a condescending tone on how to write an address, then when I asked her for an estimate of how much it will cost to ship my package she gave me an estimate and sent me away to re-write the address. When I came back to her window, she charged me 2x what she quoted initially and tried to blame for misunderstanding her (not sure what she thinks her job is but giving an accurate quote is part of any job involving shipping packages). Employees like her tarnish the USPS reputation. It is unfortunate that USPS cannot figure out how to make its customer service customer-centric. There are helpful agents, but they are lost in the sea of horrendous customer-hating agents like this one.

I’ve never been to a place where the customer service was so awful and horrendous. I am a human. Two agents were very rude to me. Told me to back away from the counter. Waited on line when I didn’t even have to wait on line. Meanwhile was simply asking a question. I hope I don’t have to mail anything through USPS. Fed ex around the corner treat people way better.

This is, hands down, one of the worst post offices in the USA. There are only two Hispanic ladies that know what they are doing, the rest of the staff is totally clueless. In fact, one attendant refused to process an international package because..”it was too much work”. Another one had NO IDEA how to process a package to an APO at a military base. I once had a letter mailed back to me because, and I quote, …”my return address was on the back of the envelope”. They lose packages and mail and will make you wait for hours on the line.

Seriously under staffed, long line, arrogant and impatient staffer, self-service machine does not even show me where to get an envelope. Worst experience ever. Is a negative star possible for USPS?

The service was bad. The staff was not helpful and not kind at all. Significant improvement is required urgently.

Passport workers are the most miserable and rude people on gods green earth. Yelled at me for charging my phone and was almost an hour late to an appointment. Do not come here!

Staff is very rude.I had a question as to what floor to go on to get my pass port and picture taken and when I asked the lady with short hair where I should go, she ended up giving me attitude like she didn’t want no questions being asked.

I have had a P.O. box here for years. I had an issue with my box payment and the associates and manager were very helpful and resolved my issue as fast as they could.

Very official-looking. I’m sure it’s haunted.

STAY AWAY FOR THE PASSPORT SERVICE! Never again! I’m here before the appointment time, no one is by the desk, where I had to go ask few times from other desks agent. Finally come one came to taken the picture, then I’m still waiting… it’s been over an hour I’m taking time from my work. Horrible!!! Don’t come here for the passport!

Not a fan. I've been here twice as it's the closest post office to me and the people are always rude. I don't understand it. The ones I've dealt with are not helpful and have zero customer service. As in, you ask them questions and they don't respond or barely respond, as if it's a chore to help you. I'm sure it's a difficult job with a lot of nasty people, but I see no reason to be rude to nice, polite customers just trying to get their errands done. I'm an anxious mailer, even with digital returns, QR codes, etc, so this makes the experience less pleasant than usual. The only pleasant thing about this experience was the air conditioning.

The only USPS office where I have been helped. The bar is low but 5 stars because compre to all the others locations I’ve been, this is the best one and where I’ve found people to be nice
