The worst USPS office I’ve ever encountered. I only came here because I couldn’t go to my usual one but never in my life have I ever been threatened by a clerk to not ship my package. I brought in a package to drop off with a scribbled out barcode and was informed that it needed to be blotted out or ripped off. I asked her if she had a sharpie and she snapped at me and repeated I needed to rip it off. So I asked her can I have it to rip it off AND SHE SAID NO. Like what kind of customer service is that?? She proceeded to tell me “don’t blame me if it gets sent back to you” but she refused to let me rip off the sticker. Her manager or coworker wasn’t any better and tried to gaslight me saying that didn’t happen. Truly a joke and they need to be fired. If they are sad and miserable there they should just quit because this is just awful service. The black employees there are most definitely racist to any one with an Asian face because from what I witness they only give attitude to the Asian customers. It’s Chinatown. Racism and threats to commit a felony? USPS is this what your company stands for?

Why is this post office open so late at 10am? Most people in this neighborhood are elderly, senior citizens that get up early to complete their errands, like going to the post office.

I have to say I love this post office because the staff are very helpful and friendly. They provide the best customer service and the lines go really fast. I been going there for a while now since it’s nearby by to my job.

5 stars now that the rude employee (short dyed blonde hair) on the left side of the counters isn't here anymore.

Asked if a specific stamp is available and response is, "No, what does it say on that?" pointing to a ad displayed on the counter top. The only reason I asked about the stamp was it was advertised, but it wasn't advertised when it was available. It was as if it was being sold already. Nasty attitude and rude, all the time...the same person. If the job is that bad or you really hate front line customer service, give up the job and find a happier life and stop riding the pension job where you can't quit yet because you haven't rode the full 25 years yet. Bad rep to the other workers and the USPS. The type of people who thinks everyone can read their mind are the type of people who you will always hear making noise first before thinking. They will be the first to complain.

The women in there are useless. Quick to get you out and don’t want to help! With their attitude no one else but the post office will hire them!

All of the usps staffs work at the counter have no customer service skills at all. The only exception is the Chinese lady sometimes works at the counter.

The people that work here are a joke of a help. I had a valuable item that I sold online that needed to be shipped out. I asked to double box my package and they told me that they would accept my package as is and box the item for me. I had later found out that they had shipped the item as is without double boxing the item. This lead to my item losing a substantial amount of value, consequently resulting in me losing money. I will no longer be coming back to this location nor trust USPS for any of my mailing needs moving forward.

Was greeted by a black lady who asked how I was doing. Seems very nice at first but when I politely asked a question about how much money order I can buy (because I’m buying it for a family member and we know nothing about the Money Order system) she quickly switched her attitude. She said you can get up to 10,000 by showing ID. Then I proceeded to ask if I need to fill out a form because I saw other people at the USPS filling out a form to buy the Money Order, and the black lady snapped and said “Miss, do you want to buy Money Order or not?” I was shocked at how the situation escalated so fast, but all I’ve been is polite and only asked two questions. I said of course, I’ll get $1000 and then she calmed down. After that, I received a call from my family asking how much I bought. They told me to get only $1000 in Money Order before I left the house, but gave me $3000 just in case they wanted me to buy more. They then called asking me if I’m able to buy another $1000 and so I went back on line. Now, there was another black lady, not the same black lady as before, who was helping me. The moment I said I need to buy $1000 in Money Order, the other black lady from before screamed at her colleague saying, “She had already bought. She cant buy no more.” In that moment, I was thinking didn’t you tell me I can get up to $10,000, how come I cant buy anymore? Then of course her colleague without asking me how much I bought earlier, told me “Oh, you cant buy anymore.” Of course I was upset and irritated at this point, I still kindly told her that I only bought $1000 before. She’s like, “Why didn’t you buy them all at once.” I said my family just called and asked me to buy another $1000. Thankfully, this employee processed the transaction but I had to present my ID.This whole experience was a very unpleasant one. As a USPS employee, if customers are asking about something that they actually don’t know, don’t you think you should inform them but with a kind attitude? And the fact that, even before you asked, you decide to scream across the counter to your colleague telling her to not let me buy another $1000? That’s ridiculous, especially if you’re the one who told me I could get up to $10,000 in Money Order.I’ll definitely try to report this incident to someone. This is very unacceptable behavior and I’m pretty sure this is how they treat everyone. Disgusting.

Came here to do a change of address for my mom after she passed away, and the woman at the counter was so unpleasant and unhelpful. I had my form filled out, a death certificate, and all other documentation and she told me it wasn't possible to process. I went to TWO post offices in California AND checked for the necessary forms online and they told me it's possible to file at any post office in the US. Truly, truly, truly awful customer service.

Yeah there's a bumptious lady who works here and yelled at me for thinking I could wait in the line for dropping off prepaid items: "we don't do that today." Then move the sign you shiftless harpy.
