The staff and manager here are rude, aggressive, and classless. So abhorrent this morning that myself and a crowd of five others walked out. Disgusting service and will be reporting this location to USPS.

Only 3 stars for the kiosk machine for printing labels this place processes slow. I drop off at 2:30 pm and get a notification at 8 pm. that it's shippingAt least this one closes at 530pm on a Normal day. BUT 8 times in the last 3 months now, this place will close anywhere from 3:30 to 5pm with a note on the door. One week this past November closed for 2 and a half days. No reason or short staffed, unscannable machinery and during the summer closed for no AC. This location has gone down Fast in the last 2 yearsCall the 800 number to report them, please. I've been coming here since 2008. The last couple of years has been the worst for service.

The service is HORRIBLE! I tried to return something with usps label, and I bought the box from them. They wouldn’t even tape the label for me. Their words were harsh, claiming that I came unprepared and didn’t do all the homework for them. Also, after debating for 15mins, they reluctantly taped that piece of paper for me. Before that, she said “ okay, we will tape that for you, but don’t tell me when.” So rude! Almost think that they are racists.I’m assuming that the employees are all hired to just scan the label and say “ Next”. If they don’t want to hire a real human to do the work, I think my dog does a better job. At least he SMILEs.

This was one of the worst postal locations I’ve ever been to. The staff were rude and inconsiderate and did not understand proper customer service. They did not help move the process along and only hindered it by yelling at the customers in the store. I highly recommend going anywhere else for your mailing needs.

Some of the MOST inept people working here that I have ever met. They have zero basic understanding of state and federal regulations and when you attempt to slightly educate them, they double down on their ignorance that's then turned into stupidity.Sister, who is in a wheelchair because she's currently fighting cancer, went to open her PO box. She has worked with a supervisor from usps over the phone to fill out the information and gather all the documents so all she'd have to do is give them the paper work and they would give her the key.After speaking to 3 different people in the office, she still doesn't have the key because they cannot comprehend that the s.o.s doesn't give physical copies of your articles of incorporation. They give you a certified filing receipt. Leases are no longer printed stack of paper, they are done digitally and you get a pdf copy.I can't even blame it on the age of these people because all of then were under the age of 70. You'd think in almost 2024 they'd comprehend that digital and on portals is how almost everything is done. It even states on on the State's site, yet the rep wanted to argue and tell my sister to go back tomorrow as if she did see her in a darn wheelchair.She also tried to say that the 1 piece of mail a year that my sister gets that is for the business she is building means that the entire box must be a business box. Very foolish of her when my sister was smart enough to record the entire experience and will send it to corp. Very foolish of her to lie about the box with a CORP rep already told my sister that this one piece of mail that comes form the govt would not mean that she needed a business and a personal box. Simply that she would need to list her business name on the personal box as well--which they attempted to prevent her from doing.upsp has to do better about hiring. train people properly because this is insane. A person that doesnt work for usps should not know more about the regulations and requirements than its own workers.

Currently 13 people in line. 2 emlpoyees taking their time servicong two people for the past 5 minutes. The line keeps growing. Terrible service.

By far the worst USPS location I have ever been to. The woman who works here is so rude, treats customers like trash. I would rather drive far away where it's not convenient for me than deal with the staff there. It's sad how unpleasant this lady makes all customers feel and nothing gets done to fix the issue. I would give 0 starts if I can leave a review that way. They don't even deserve 1/4 star

We had not received mail in three days. I went to our post office at 34th Street and talked to the supervisor. She was not too concerned. Had an attitude, no accountability. Useless. I finally thru my due diligence, literally at 2am in the morning, reached Ms Johnson at the Murray Hill Carriers office who went above and beyond to get our mail delivered! Just takes one wonderful employee.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Today I saw an employee make racist remarks to a customer. The customer tried to get the employee to share their full name so she could file a complaint, and the employee refused and continued arguing with the customer. They really need to get new staff here - I’m always spoken to rudely myself or witnessing another customer get mistreated.
