I was in 14th St USPS this past Friday morning to mail a package. I was a little worried going there because the reviews were kind of bad. But it was the closest one to where I had to be. And it was such a smooth experience. The cubbies were filled with each mailer you could possibly need for your shipment. The guy at the window was nice, fast, friendly and knowledgeable. I was in and out in a few minutes. My new fave NYC P.O.

Tried to return a package, which should be straightforward. They did not print labels, so I had to go to CVS and pay to print. They were out of shipping envelopes so I had to go convenience store next door to buy a pack of them. Quick interaction turned into multiple side quests.

I ship a ton of packages here and usps has not scanned any of them for WEEKS and weeks. They sit untouched and never get sent to my customers. I have had to refund $1000s of dollars. Do not go to usps to send important packages!!!!!!!

My MacBook Pro has gone missing while in the possession of this office. The staff must be involved in theft. I advise against shipping valuable items from here.

I ship tons of packages through this location and have never had any issues! The line gets long but there’s self-service kiosks that are super easy to use

Can be a hit or a miss with customer service, but it's a convenient drop-off location if you print prepaid labels.

These UPS deliverers in this place be lying. There are 6 people in my apartment and I have dogs. The dogs would have barked if they would have knocked my door to hand me my package and we would had heard the door. They left a note downstairs in the lobby talking about "Sorry we missed you while you were out". They didn't miss anything because we were all home. They simply didn't feel like coming upstairs to deliver the package. It's not the first time they do this. I order on delivery for a reason, if I wanted to get what I ordered myself, I would had gone to the store and got it... so what's the point of a delivery if I have to go out my way to get it somewhere else? It defeats the purpose. Hire people that really would do their job and we can avoid all this.

I was not at all looking forward to going here because of the other reviews but I was in and out with my package in less than 5 minutes! I went on a Saturday morning too so I was expecting to wait!

The postal worker from India SHOULD BE FIRED ‼️Every time I’ve dealt w him for over a year, he gets the required postage wrong & takes FOREVER to complete the transaction. PLEASE replace this obviously incompetent man. It’s horrible.
