Verizon staff Saifur at 2nd Ave. helped me in purchase of new Samsung S23, explained all details and gave me all discounts allowed. He handled a glitch in porting over from TMobile and patiently transferred data. My old phone was slower than molasses.Very sharp affable guy. Explained everything. Happy I chose VZ today.

Exceptional service, just to start the review… I’m a Verizon costumer for more than a decade now and although the system and connectivity was always very good, the costumer service in stores usually doesn’t follow that. I was even thinking about maybe change the company, not because of the costumer service, but to save some money and try a different operating Co. But through the great service and help from Kunal Panwar, Verizon store assistent, I keep with Verizon. Also I got a new I Phone and I Pad. Besides a small reduction on my bill with increase on service quality. Thank you very much Kunal. I’m sure I will want to come to UES next time I need Verizon in person.

I got excellent service with Saifur! He was so knowledgeable and patient and stuck with me from start to finish, even showing me the new features of the iPhone 15 Pro Max (I was switching from an 8 plus!). The entire process was quick and easy and I can’t recommend him highly enough. Just a great experience all around!

One of the best customer experiences I've received in a year.i took my Samsung handset to the store to reset it, the customer service rep could not have done a better job. He was patient and friendly, and, most importantly, fixed my problem in a very calm and helpful way. If you need to fix any issue with your cell service or a handset this is the #1 place to go to
