Highly recommend! My sister and I had some issues transferring from a different cell provider and getting new iPhones set up and Millennium and Tsering both truly went above and beyond from start to finish to make sure we got everything we needed done. Great and friendly vibes, very helpful, will definitely come here again next time I need a Verizon store.

Hey Millennium at E23rd St verizon was very good at getting me into the Verizon promotion that was close to expiring. With my limited experience he was a man of his words and infinite patience. Till this day I come here to get my stuff fixed and he fixes it smoothly and patiently. This place is the way to go.

Millennium is your guy!! He’s just the best ever - super friendly, outgoing, will literally resolve any and all of your issues! He’s super knowledgeable about all kinds of technical information and is an expert at what he does. I always come here when I run into problems at other stores because you can seriously count on him to fix anything! Very honest, trustworthy, and all around the best. I don’t go to any other location because this is the only one I trust!!! This is your dude to go to - like the best big brother who’s got your back!

So glad I had the help of Tsering. He was helpful, a great listener and helped solved my issues. He is honest and I did not have to explain myself multiple times for him to understand my concerns. Highly recommended and great customer service and thank you Tsering for being helpful.

I’m not usually one to post reviews, but after the stellar service I received from Germain I feel compelled to at the very least leave some positive words. Phenomenal experience working with him, he made a very difficult situation for me as simple as he could and walked me through all the necessary steps to get my replacement phone as fast and easy as possible. If you’re having any sort of issues, this is your guy!

Thank you, DARIAN!!!After not having a phone for 8 hours (it was erased then in SOS mode) and being passed around from Apple, customer service with Verizon, all Verizons closed near grand central. I was told this location had 30 mins until it closed so I raced over in distress of needing help as I couldn't even verify this was my phone with customer service ( I couldn't remember pin) and they kept sending me emails to verify but my push notifications were being sent to my cell so I had no way into anything. Darian went above and beyond once she noticed I was literally in a situation that needed someone else to call customer service to give me access. She called customer service to try to explain and stayed on hold with them for over 30 mins and she finally got them to allow me access! I not only left with a working phone right before they closed but she then wouldn't let me leave until she saw everything from my cloud was uploading to my phone. I had tears of happiness bc I couldn't even log into my work computer bc of the push notification, I am forever grateful for what she did. Orianna

THIS IS A RESELLER NOT A CORPORATE VERIZON STORE...DO NOT COME HERE! Came in to upgrade my phone and worked with Raven and Darieanne. Very unprofessional as they referred to me as 'baby' the entire time. Raven replaced my existing mobile plan without my permission and did not inform me of the change. I also was given a mobile with a dual SIM which included an activation fee for the additional phone number and other add-ons to my account which I've now discovered. I've spent at least 3-4 hours on the phone with Verizon Wireless to sort out my account. Luckily I sorted it out before receiving a $460 bill this month. And interestingly enough after using my debit card here, I also had to dispute unauthorized charges to my card. STAY AWAY.

Darian was the bomb she helped me resolve an issue with my trade in promo & helped me disconnect my husbands line that I been paying for who had passed away almost a year ago , I am super thankful for her will be coming back to her if I ever need anything !
