I came here desperate because I woke up one morning and my iPhone suddenly had no cell service. Cami and Tahiran helped me right away. Cami fixed my issue in under 20 minutes. I had a broken SIM Card that Verizon couldn't help me with over the phone or over chat. So glad I came to this location for help. The best experience I've had in a Verizon store.

Verizon is without a doubt the WORST company. It's disappointing to say this because I've been a happy Verizon mobile customer up until about a month ago. I recently added internet to my plan, I was told that I would receive a better deal than what I was paying with my other internet provider and a lower overall bill. Since I hadn't experienced any issues with Verizon I saw no reason why I shouldn't jump at such a killer deal. Less than 2 months into my service my wifi box stops working. I called Verizon and after several attempts to troubleshoot the box I was told to go into the nearest store and pick up a new one. Go there only to be told it has to be shipped to me. It's been 3 weeks and I've called Verizon 4 different times and still have no internet! Every time I call it takes them to forever to find out why my wifi box hasn't arrived yet and every time I'm given a different excuse, yet no clear answer as to when it will actually arrive. At one point I was told my order had been flagged and sent to the fraud department (?) but that I would receive it by the end of the week. Then I was told that the box was currently on backorder, but was not told when it would be back in stock. I wish I was joking about this, but I'm not... I was also told that I could have internet again within 24 hours if I added another line to my account HA! I'm so fed up I don't even want to bother with Verizon anymore, but when I tried to cancel my service I was told that I would be charged a buyout fee for cancelling early LOL! As an internet provider how do they honestly expect me to stay with them when I'm being charged for internet that I can't use? And the fact that not one person I've talked to see's how unbelievably absurd this whole situation has been is beyond me. You better believe I've filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau. It would be one thing if there was a week delay or there was an error on their end and I was consistently told the same thing, but I get a different story every time and a different promise that my box will arrive by such and such date. The level of incompetency is maddening. Such a poor excuse for customer service. As one of the leading mobile carriers I expect so much more from Verizon than this BS.

If I could leave zero stars, I would! I went to see about upgrading my phone and Tahnirah was the customer rep whom I spoke with. I was there on a Wednesday and she gave me all the information for upgrading my phone and service. I told her that I would do it all on Friday (2 days later) and whether that was ok or not. She said it was perfectly fine. When I return on Friday morning to get it all done, she tells me that the deal is no longer available and then proceeds to get rude with me. She cursed at me under her breath! She almost brought "the Bronx" out of me but I decided to remain calm and ask for the manager, Joseph. Joseph was equally as rude. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Tahnirah and Joseph, it's fine if you hate your jobs/your lives but please do not bring that attitude into the workplace. Verizon, you have lost another customer to T Mobile!UPDATE: I left this review and all I get is a canned response from corporate. Nothing is going to change in the store nor in the company. If you really want a chance to win back my trust, then leave me a contact email or a phone number where I can speak to someone.

I was helped by Brandon and Joseph are so helpful they help with my phone and transferring data and put on my accessories together, and let me know what I need. If if u go ask those guys, they do everything.

if I could give zero star I would. I was there today and got cursed at with the F word by a Verizon specialist there. I was so shocked!! I couldn't believe my ears specially Joseph which is the manager at the Wall Street location was there and barely did anything, he couldn't even stop what he was doing and apologies the right way. He actually told me that I came off strong on that employee, I guess I deserved to be told to go F myself by a version employee. very nice customer service.

If I could give zero stars I would. I spent two hours at this store and walked out with a new phone and new line added to my plan. When I checked my account later on (AND called Verizon to verify), the so-called promotion they sold me was $1200 instead of $400. Both Will and the manager Jo (I think Joseph) were less than honest to say the least. Stay away!

We walked into the store 20 minutes before closing to switch 5 lines to Verizon. The reps very easily could've said sorry, we won't have time to do this but that wasn't the case. We were there 45 minutes past closing time till all our phones were up and running. Big shout out to Cami and Melissa for your help and making this process as smooth as possible.

Joseph was a great help and very patient with us. Spent two hours on complicated phone situation for new lines. And followed up with us over the phone next day. Highly recommend the store and his customer service.

Julio is an absolute gem! I stopped by due to a defective SIM card after spending over two hours on the phone with Verizon tech support who wasn't able to assist me in fixing the problem. Julio was able to diagnose and correct the issue with such grace and ease. He is extremely knowledgeable, personable and professional. This is my first time at a Verizon retail store, and the service I experienced was top notch. It can be so stressful to have phone issues, but Julio assured me that he would take care of it, and he did! I wrote this review as soon as I left the store because customer service like this is hard to come by and deserves the recognition! I'm so glad to have stopped by this location. Thanks for the exceptional service Julio!!
