Horrible service from the manager at this store!! He went so far as to tell me to NOT buy my phone from any carrier including Verizon and instead buy directly from Apple. Not only was he rude and condescending (especially when I had emphasized the troubles I had been facing all day, going back and forth to various Verizon stores) but then he wouldn’t even help contact customer support on my behalf when the store was empty. Honestly ridiculous and horrible service from someone who is meant to be leader / represent the brand!!

Came into this store because my phone wasn't working, Elison tried his best to fix it, he's such a hard worker working guy, going above and beyond to help me when I was upset. After about 10 mins Brenda and Brenton came and fixed my issue! Would definitely come back here! The staff is amazing and helpful. Elison really made me laugh despite needing help to fix my phone. Teamwork makes the dream work!

Do yourself a favor and save your time and dignity--DO NOT GO TO THIS VERIZON LOCATION!! Manager, James, is extremely rude and unprofessional to paying clients!Absolutely horrendous customer service! I walked into the store and wanted to inquire about changing my phone's family plan due to consistent, exorbitant data overage charges every month. I tried to do it online, but it would only allow me to change the plan for one specific phone number on the family plan (when there are 3 phone numbers on the family plan I have).I went to the Soho location and James, the manager at the location, was extremely rude and berated me for 20 minutes until I walked out of the store. I asked to take a look at my phone bill to go over it and compare it to the new "unlimited data" plan he was suggesting I switch to as he claimed it would be "significantly cheaper" than my current plan. I wanted to do my due diligence and understand my itemized billing for what I was currently paying for and what would be different in the plan he was suggesting before making any switches.He consistently refused to show me my own bill after asking me to sign into my account on his iPad where the bill was pulled up. He would constantly grab his iPad back and not allow me to look at my own bill and say "this is my tablet" and then continue to say he was "doing me a favor" today by "helping me". Hilarious and absolutely childish. He then said (after 20+ minutes), he can't even help me update my plan--that I would have to do it online myself or go through customer service because "this is a retail store" and that he doesn't have the authority to upgrade my plan. Absolutely ridiculous. Why tell me this after wasting my time for 20+ minutes when the first thing I told him is that I wanted to assess my bills to potentially change plans or not in-store as I couldn't do it online. After 20+ minutes of these charades and extreme unprofessionalism from James, I walked out.

Brenda and Brenton were amazing! Saved my family $50 a month on our bill, helped me use my insurance to get a new phone (cause my phone screen cracked) and even stayed after hours to help me transfer all my data! Great energy and enthusiastic to help! So fun!

Brenda was beyond helpful and kind. I traded in my phone and got the new iPhone. She set everything up for me and even after I left the store, she was constantly willing to help me and answer my questions. Shes amazing!

I am a huge fan of the staff at this Verizon store, namely Brenda and Ellison. Brendan was kind, patient, and answered all of my questions with ease. She did a great job walking me through my iPhone upgrade options & helped me pick the right phone for myself. Ellison worked alongside her and helped me transfer the data to my new phone. As someone who has a lot of tech anxiety, he was reassuring and helped me through any hiccups. Both of them are FANTASTIC and made my Verizon experience painless. 10/10 experience.
