If I listened to the first person I talked to here, I wouldn't have gotten the upgrade I was due. I'm not sure what her problem was but she was super rude and shut me down after 30 seconds, and she was wrong.The second person I talked to was nicer but also wrong. She said I couldn't process the upgrade in store and needed to do it over the phone. When I talked to a rep over the phone, she told me there was no reason they couldn't process my request in the store.Luckily the phone rep Bernice was very nice and helpful and told me about my different options for upgrading (there were actually three).If I had taken the advice of this store today I wouldn't have gotten a major upgrade I was owed. I've been with Verizon for over 10 years and felt I was actively mislead and treated with hostility in this store today. Really ridiculous and has me rethinking carriers.But big thanks to Bernice once again, she was super helpful and pleasant!

Great experience - Jolie and Malik helped me, identify a couple of discounts I had been missing out on (like connecting FiOS with my main account for additional savings), and gave me a good breakdown of my options on a phone upgrade. Great service here, and I'll have net yearly savings with my plan.

DO NOT EVER COME TO THIS STORE!! They are sleazy and will give you the wrong information.When I refused to buy whatever they were promoting they claimed they had no phones available. AVOID! I reported them to corporate Verizon as they have very shady business practices.

UPDATED REVIEW. I've since left fios all together these folks are unprofessional beyond imaginable belief and they have no accessible support by phone or internet for disabled people. I have been trying to call for almost a week now nearly and either get hit with extremely long hold times; telling me to schedule a call back (only for the system to tell me the time requested is invalid no matter the time) or repeatedly hung up on if the telephone manages to get someone to pick up the line. Doing business with fios feels more like a prison sentence than a customer relationship because they are often rude; condescending, completely ignore what you are stating, or don't offer much help or real solutions at all. I have never had such a a bad experience with a company before and that's wild because the only thing worse than fios is their rival optimum. I have brain damage that makes it very difficult to talk allot of the time and the only response I'm getting from fios is well we aren't going to help you you need to call this number. Uh, totally disregarding that I am disabled and struggle to communicate verbally. A formal complaint against Verizon Fios has been filed for having no type of accessible customer support where people can perform all account functions because no way should it be this difficult to pay a Wi-Fi bill it is ridiculous and outlandish that it is. They will send me to so called secured chats online or if you use the chat box on their website it's almost as if those folks don't work for Fios at all because what they tell you or claim is never accurate or never notated at all so when you do finally get someone on the phone they have often absolutely no idea what you are talking about. And the crazy part is that I am a Verizon wireless customer and I can assure you these problems do not exist over there. Absolutely do not recommend. If you can get WiFi with other folks you definitely should. 1/24/2024 update Weeks later I am still trying to return the same box (totally wish I was joking. They are giving my people the run around who are trying to return the boxes for me. Stay away from these people at all costs. Just awful like a level of awful you almost have to see just to believe it.)

The sales person was completely useless, negative, unhelpful, and seemed put off to be employed there. I went in to buy a phone, after asking a few questions, I turned around and left and called the Verizon store on 23rd st to get all the information I needed from a moderately friendly person.The sales employee of this store would make a better bouncer than sales person, he doesn’t seem to want do ANYTHING.

This store is utterly a joke. Long story short 10/10 I went to change my service provider and my cell phone number was ported service disconnected, prior to verifying if my phone would even be compatible with whatever sim they were going to add. Turned out my device was locked and the sim was not supported, per the service provider the rep informed the specialist Jordan who did the port that the process of unlocking my device would take 24- 72 hours. It was then I was given a sim card no cellphone service or cell phone not even a real explanation about what the next step was. However Jorge who I believe was a Manager came over who was super defensive the entire time suggested I go to Best Buy and purchase a phone, and once my device was unlocked to return it and then come back to them so I can order a phone. Which made zero sense to me, I asked to purchase whatever phone I could at that location and he informed me it was impossible, which also made no sense as that was a store where phones can be brought right, but hey I left I ran out of patience. Same day I called Jordan gave him my email, to keep me posted on what can be done he said he will contact me still today no follow up. Next day I went back there three times which honestly was a waste. Alex another nonchalant sales rep who I also believe was a manager as well, saw me back and forth and showed no ounce of courtesy at all he wrote down his number told me call him back because he can see if he can potentially get a functioning phone for me that evening, I called also texted Alex no answer. But due to the nature of my job as a nurse I was unable to continue another day without cellphone service. After speaking to customer service over the phone I was advised to potentially go to another Verizon branch to seek help. 10/13 I went to a SoHo location and that team were nothing but LIFE SAVERS. I left with a functioning iPhone 14pro max with full service the same day. What stood out to me most was the fact that this started at the 859 Broadway location but the staff at SoHo apologized soooo much meanwhile they were not even to be blamed. I did not even get a sorry for the inconvenience or sorry that we were unable to help at this location. 10/15 I noticed my phone was finally unlocked. 10/16 I went back to SoHo sales rep ordered the iPhone 15 pro max 512GB for me 10/18 I received the phone. Save your time don’t even bother nothing but incompetent staff at this location respectfully.

I scheduled a pick-up for my 5G home wifi service because FedEx hasn't been able to get into my building 3 different times (and never tried to call me once) and received multiple emails that my order was ready for pick up at this location. The emails stated that I had until end of the day Monday to pick up my items. I arrived on Sunday early afternoon and there was no where to go for pickups. I had to scan a code on my phone to get put on an appointment waiting list. Before I was called on, I caught the attention of an employee and when I told him I was just there to pick up an order, he told me he had already restocked my order! So basically I now needed to cancel that order and start all over which would take "about 15 minutes." I was there for at least half an hour and it was incredibly frustrating. I am home with working wifi because the set up was super easy. However, because of all the order mix ups, I can't log onto Verizon's website and do anything with my account--like change my Wifi name, etc. Tried to call Verizon and was on hold forever...

Made an order online, came to pick it up. Sleezy manager lady cancelled my order, placed a new one to get sales credit, and now my online account is all screwed and I can't log in to anything, because I guess she created some new credentials. Huge problem for me right now.Edit: thanks for your reply, can't seem to reply directly. Right now I need help paying my bill, I can't log in to my account and due date is near.

The staff is extremely untrustworthy. Deals are not honored and change from minute to minute and clerk to clerk. Service contracts are intentionally confusing and and managers get aggressive when confronted about their slippery, shady sales pitches. Of course, the main culprit is the Verizon company, which basically provides zero service and deceptive, shady business policy. By the way, the system has garbled reception and constant dropouts. There is no recourse to help in any form. customer service does not exist.
