this is the worst verizon store on the planet. the employees are rude, dismissive and unhelpful. today, they refused to honor a text message offer verizon sent me and they kept telling me it’s not true. i called verizon and they of course told me it’s a valid promo just had to be done over the phone. they could’ve easily told me this but instead tried to get me to pay much more in store. the manager (Vijay) came over and basically yelled at me that I wasn’t understanding and then refused to talk to me. Also the female associate was on a kindle reading when I walked in and was visibly annoyed that she had to actually work. Last time I was here, they repeatedly told me they needed to talk to my dead dad and refused to listen to me that it wasn’t an option. I’m on the phone with Verizon and they told me they regularly get complaints about this store. I have to wonder why Verizon doesn’t fire these awful employees and find kinder people who are not so nasty to the customers. Customer service on phone is way nicer.

Came in with a billing problem that have not been resolved over multiple attempts with representatives on the phone. One of the store managers, Crockett, was very encouraging we try to settle the issue in store. He was luckier than we were to reach the correct people over the phone on his line, verified our previous attempts, quickly understood our side, and has the patience, composure, and importantly the skills to resolve it to our satisfaction. Great people-first customer service! Would return in a heartbeat.I recommend this location if you reach the right people. Most everyone there is very enthusiastic to help, but be aware, it is hectic environment and the store can get crowded due to central location. Best of luck!

Walked to the 23rd st store with a problem Mr.Cardoso. a problem I was struggling with this situation and Mr Cardoso is a asset to the team he is polite and service is out standing. I hope when his time for his formal appraisal and Verizon rewards him occudering. Please reach out if any concerns. Bravo Verizon happy to have Mr Cardoso.

I spent 5 hours on the phone with customer service to purchase a new phone, just to arrive at this store and have them not release it to me. Verizon has my money and the store confirmed that the phone is in stock (I made sure of that before I entered my credit card information). Giving me the phone I paid for shouldn't be an issue. How is it that when I paid for the phone, Verizon didn't have a problem taking the money out of my account immediately, but when it's time to pick up the phone there are all these delays? This is unacceptable, and the fact that whenever I call for anything I have to be transferred to at least 3 people and be on the phone for hours is ridiculous.

Employees are extremely unhelpful and rude. Did not want to help me when I came in. First they lied to me about a product being instock because they just didnt want to check in the back. Then when I had another verizon store call the manager of the Flatiron store to place an instore pick up, the item was in stock. When I went to try and pick it up they kept telling me I would have to come tomorrow and would look right back down on their phones.

Had a great experience at this Verizon store. I came in to upgrade my wife's iPhone 4S. Hugh the manager took very good care of us and helped us switch her phone to another device that I already had. He took his time explaining how the new phone worked and did his best to answer all of her question. Thank you Hugh!

I'm so grateful that I went to this location! Walked in early to my appointment with a broken phone that was unable to be revived. They were able to help me before my appointment and then I had the great fortune of being helped by Karen who was able to get me an incredible deal on 2 phones and an extra line. Karen was extra patient and extremely knowledgeable about everything associated with the phone (specs, billing, etc.). I highly recommend this company store location over third party authorized dealers. Thanks Karen!

Waited in line with two people ahead and two behind. Greeter took names of everyone skipping me. When I asked if I can get in line I was ignored. Weird vibe from this location. I highly recommend going some place else.
