Saskia was extremely patient with each customer the came in the store. With a calm ability to multitask and handle myself and each customer as if they were the only one there. She was also very kind to me as I was going through a difficult time. She helped me more than she was required I’m I’m extremely grateful for her service

Great service! Was kind enough to assist me so patiently, has sense of humor and with her questions made me feel she cares about my business when she asked me why I was leaving other wireless provider for Verizon. Was also kind enough to offer her support beyond once the account was set for me to use. I can’t say enough of her …. Will highly recommend ;) “ two-thumbs-up!!! “

Very helpful and informative , I was able to get a new phone and Apple Watch , after I was given an explanation on the process and how to pay for the items and it was very smooth and fast , Awesome customer service

Do not I repeat do not shop at this location. my daughter purchased an iPhone 15 pro and the manager told her she would have to pay around 300 up front and that accessories would be free make sure you ask for a receipt preferably from the other associates. taxes of the phone are not that high its insane what people would do for a sale giving wrong information. they even charge set up fees of $40 without telling you.

Do not purchase from this store. It’s not a corporate store, making it incredibly difficult to get the more minute issues resolved. Make sure you purchase from a corporate store so that Verizon can properly assist you from any location.

I have been to this location twice in the past couple of weeks because my phone keeps acting up and having issues and both times Chayse went above and beyond to help me try to resolve the difficulties with my phone. He was super patient, very knowledgeable and provided awesome customer service even while multitasking and problem solving to help multiple different customers in the shop. He deserves a raise!!

Chayse was extremely helpful, courteous, patient, knowledgeable, and lovely to work with as my husband and I upgraded our phones and sorted out the best plan for us and our two kids, who were getting their first phones. We also enjoyed Chayse’s sense of humor and frankness. Highly recommend!

Horrible! Just horrible. I am still not getting what I have been promised. Now I understand why so many people hate Verizon. It is the store that also make it impossible to trust Verizon.

Karen helped me SO MUCH! I have having issues leaving my previous carrier and she took literally two hours with me to resolve absolutely everything that was in her power. While the solution wasn’t ideal (due to the previous mobile carrier, not Verizon or Karen’s fault), I was able to walk out of the store with a working phone. Thank you thank you thank you Karen!
