Last week I went into the Verizon store unsure if I was due for a phone upgrade. I was greeted by Paul who was extremely polite and helpful. He explained everything to me about the phones I was interested in, trade in options and any other questions I had. I was on my lunch break, which he did not know, but he had me out the door within 20 minutes, new phone and all. Thanks for the excellent customer service.

One of the worst V stores around. They keep on adding you different plans without even letting you clearly. Avoid this place. No professionalism whatsoever. M was just plain awful.

I can not recommend the service!I went in just before the store closed to get a prepaid sim card. I was aware that it was near the end of opening hours, which is why I asked if it would be better if I came back tomorrow.Instead of selling me a sim card, the employee wanted to sell me a cell phone and a sim card. I just took the sim card, paid, didn't get a bill and was kicked out pretty quickly. Nothing worked with the sim card except the message that I should call the service hotline. I noticed afterwards that the unfriendly employee took away my actual sim card (dual sim) and did not put it back into the smartphone. Of course, the next day I went back and the manager tells me that the sim card was never activated. Helpfully he tried to activate it, but it did not work. He said the payment process with the credit card did not work, I should pay a new SIM card and start from scratch. I gratefully declined to not have to pay twice. The manager promised me verbally and also showed on the tablet, that it was not paid. So I thought, I do not have a prepaid sim card, my actual sim card was thrown away but at least I have not paid anything.....thought wrong, the money was debited from me! I am not in New York anymore and it is impossible to find a helpful employee on the service hotline........so absolutely no chance to see the money ever again! Prepaid better buy somewhere else to save money!

Kay was incredibly helpful. The store was quite busy but she handled the crowd and each persons’ requests very professionally and found solutions to everything going on. I had been to other stores to get my phone checked out but she was the first to actually fix the problem rather than providing a faux explanation. Well done Kay - thank you for the help!

I had a great experience today with the specialist Kay and the store manger Huge . Both were very professional and and assisted me in a timely manner ! I highly recommend coming to the 34 th location and advise , do not go to the Verizon on 42 nd st .Have a lovely blessed day !!

Very professional, dedicated and friendly staff. Today they successfully helped me reconnect my iPhone13 back to the Verizon network. ? recommend people visit the Herald Square Verizon Store for their tech needs ?

Worst customer service ever. Was unable to receive voice messages. After I informed them I was not buying a new phone they seemed completely uminterested in helping. The manager told me it would cost me $30 to see what was wrong with my phone. After calling the helpline they were able to receive my voice messages. She hand me the phone and walked away. I was not able to access my voice messages. Went to another Verizon store on 23rd Street they were able to fix it right away. They informed me I should not have had to pay the $30 because it was not a new phone activation.

Awful. Went to this store to pick up pre-purchase phones. The rep's attitude was if I wasn't spending any $$ in the store that he wouldn't lift a finger.Pick a different location.

Horrible customer service! Need to fire Emely for rudness and never helping customers asking questions. Also her facial expression to get a charger because my phone was dying was too much for her to find. Honestly in 2023 fire Emely and Verizon should send hidden customer reviewers to see the truth how they operate here. If the sales are poor from her and a lot of customers complaining then you know why.

I left one bad phone/internet service provider for a worst one when I switched to Verizon a week ago. I just found out the store manager at this location signed me up for additional plans on apple watch/ipad without my knowledge or explaining this when we asked about total monthly bill. I recommend looking into other companies, it seems Verizon reps/customer service is out to squeeze every last dollar regardless of how laws and regulations work. Support hangs up on me every time i call in to speakwith a supervisor on this major issue.
