This afternoon we had the best experience a customer can have interacting with a sales representative. Ms Kay was very professional from the start, prompt, very attentive to our every question and need. No missing a beat. Polite and kept a very big smile on her face, not too mention how patience she was with us.. need more people like her.. thank you Ms. Kay for your service.. overall the store was clean and the other reps were at attention ready to help each other and customers.. great job to the whole team and especially ( you know it) Kay...

I have to admit, I went in with a skeptical attitude based on the other reviews here (and my previous experiences with Verizon customer service). But, they were able to replace a defective SIM card in my phone in less than 20 minutes, and they knew their business and were efficient and friendly. They didn't try to sell me anything or charge me for unnecessary work, and actually I heard salespeople talking with other customers and giving accurate information. Now, I went first thing on a Saturday so they weren't very busy, which probably helped... But I do think the manager and other sales people I talked with were solid folks.

I'm genuinely disappointed with the service I received at the Verizon store on 125th Street. Without my consent, they altered my 5G gateway plan, downgrading it from 200 Mbps to a mere 25 Mbps. This change was not only unauthorized but also significantly impacted my internet usage.To make matters worse, reaching out for assistance turned into an exercise in futility. I tried contacting the manager (Ms Naya) multiple times, but my calls went unanswered. There was no callback, no acknowledgment, nothing. The amount of time I wasted trying to rectify this situation is simply unacceptable.When I finally did get in touch with someone, instead of addressing my concerns, they seemed more interested in upselling other services. They pitched an additional phone line, which I clearly didn't need, and showed little to no interest in resolving the main issue at hand. As a result, I was left without internet for days, causing significant disruption to my work and personal life.It's disheartening to see such a lack of customer care and professionalism from a reputed brand like Verizon. I expected better. If you're considering this store for your telecom needs, I'd advise caution based on my experience.

The company's proforma response to my review ignores the fact that I've already spent hours trying to undue what this unscrupulous company did. Why should I spend anymore time filing a complaint (what would that really do especially when the employee was probably just following policy)? When instead I can just urge everyone else to take their business elsewhere.

Over the weekend, my phone decided to malfunction all of a sudden. It kept on showing me that there was moisture in my charging portal, and I tried to dry it out for 24 hours and to no avail. When I tell you that I was stressed out, because I have a couple of months to pay off the phone, I sought the team members' advice for options. Alexis, was honest, kind, and comforting as he helped me figure out my options and ultimately helped me fill out an insurance claim. Naiyah equally jumped in and was quick to assist me in purchasing a wireless charger and not one that broke my pockets. I was able to use my damaged phone because I was able to change it (even though it never fully charged), and I got my replacement the next day. I came back to the store, and my team from yesterday, quickly helped me set up my replacement and transfer my data while the store was extremely busy. Bryant assisted me today in wiping out my old phone so that I can send it back to Verizon to avoid incurring a non-return fee. In all, they each need a raise because working in Harlem is no easy feat!!! Kudos to all the team members, but especially to Alexis, Naiyah, and Bryant.

I've been a verizon customer for over 9 years. This is the WORST store I've been to. I'm not sure if it's because of the location, but this verizon closes early EVERYDAY and is closed on Sundays, also the sales associates will tell you there's a lot of things they DON'T do at the store it has to be done over the phone with CS basically they can only sell you things , add lines, AND TAKE YOUR MONEY

Horrible service ever! It is a kind of fraud, what they do there about promotions, they gave to us ,,free” devices, later they took from my account around 700$. Without my permission!Avoid this particular location, managers are liars rude and they treat customers unacceptable!
