Let me say my experience for the first time at a store location was outstanding. Respect from the very beginning and upmost welcome. Totally understood what we wanted and explained details, anything we asked was answered with exact answer. Very straight forward. Jay Thompson is awesome in every aspect. The man stood by his word and welcomed us as new customers with a package No one was able to beat true facts.. my family and I walked away very happy and know we were welcomed like family and I appreciate that fully.

I highly recommend this store and location on the UWS! They are quick and reliable. Our representative Jay Thompson was AMAZING! Super friendly and knowledgeable. He was patient with us and treated us like family members, if you are ever in the neighborhood and want to switch carriers or need personal assistance with your service, come here! See Jay for your needs! He won’t disappoint!

I was apprehensive of visiting a Verizon store since I was on the phone the evening before with customer service trying to get my phone back up and running after Verizon prematurely activated new phone that was not yet delivered, leaving me without service. I walked into the 80th St and Broadway store close to opening. The manager, Terrena S., greeted me right away, asked what the issue was and proceeded to help. It took about 35mins to maneuver around their system and many tries but by god did she get me up and running! I was blessed with an angel named Terrena. Thank you for help! Customer service in this store is A+++

Terrena & Jay were amazing. My phone was stolen a week ago and no one was able to help me due to me not having insurance coverage. I had to pay for a new phone in the end, however, they were great in providing discounts and every other option available for me. Considering that I arrived at the store minutes before closing, they were patient with me and didn't rush me not once. I will defiantly recommend this location to my family and friends.

Someone fraudulently order an ipad on my account and picked it up at this store I never in my life have set foot on this store. They were supposed to ID the person who pick it up, why they didnt an also activated this ipad is anyones guest. If I were you i will not go to this store to get your information stolen, but wait it doesn't even matter because they got the info from my account.

The display shelves had a large display of available phones. The store was pretty empty. The sales clerk wasn't very helpful. We left the store.

Going to this particular store is likely to be the worst experience of your week, if not your month, if not your year. I live on the Upper West Side so I don't know if the other Verizon stores have better service but I know they could not be worse. They act as if addressing your concerns is the last thing in the world they want you to do and waste your time doing it.

The location was alright but I’m not getting any help as far as the difference between the two phones like Apple iPhone 15 pro max and Samsung 23 Ultra the worker said she’s only know more about Apple iPhone than the Samsung phone

Ive been waiting well over an hour to be seen. Brandon the manager gave me a sassy attitude saying I should have googled their office before walking in to know I should make an appointment. Either way they are extremely understaffed and show no empathy for the miserably ruined morning I just experinced

Absolutely useless.Phone support told me to go to a store for help with an ongoing issue I’ve had for 8 weeks. Make appointment, walk into store, wait 15 mins for some guy to interrupt me & tell me to call 611 - they’re the only ones who can help you 24/7. Call 611 - said to go to a store.

Lovely area to shop for all your mobile needs. The staff is wonderful. However there’s no wheelchair accessible doors. Everyone should be catered to.

Went with a friend who is a Verizon customer. She wanted to buy a new iPhone. We were told she needed an appointment before this we tried to sit in the empty seats and we were told we couldn't sit in them because they were reserved for the employees, 8 chairs for 3 employees. She couldn't get an appointment for more than 24 hours. I was so confused because you see ads everywhere to "upgrade" "free this" but we couldn't get anyone to help us. I'm glad I'm an AT&T customer.
