Terry is the man. Not sure why all the reviews are so negative here, but the service was great and I was in-and-out within 45 minutes of exchanging my old IPhone for the new iPhone pro 15.

Garbage. Sheer Garbage. We cannot reach the staff at the store over the phone for a phone service company? Are you serious?We ordered a phone 10 days ago. Did not get delivered. We were told that we could go to the shop and pick one up. They would not let. After many days and 7 hours of phone calls, we still don't have a phone.I will be taking my current 11 lines business lines (which was going to be 35+ lines this years) to another carrier who just has "common sense".Goodbye Verizon.

Special shoutout to Dom, Letia and Leah. I’m sure everyone is great, but I interacted with these three. Dom was helping my sister who was trying to figure out if she wanted to choose Verizon as her new carrier. She was very informative and did not engage in hard selling which impressed the heck out of me. Letia was helping an elderly lady with her iPhone and I was equally struck with her amazing patience and professionalism. We didn’t interact a lot with Leah who is one of the managers, but I noticed she was very aware of what was going on and would unobtrusively help out the associates. Also, everyone was just very aware as people came in and would ask if they wanted help—-without being pushy.…My name is Carmen and I approve this store.

long wait time and they only take wireless service, For a store locate in the center of the City this is such bad experience.

there is no way to contact them. Wanted to confirm if they had a device available but every number sends you to verizon automated services. I was told you'd need to go in person or ask for an employee's cell phone.

My SIM card stopped working while traveling. Terry was very friendly and was able to set me up with a new SIM card and restore my service.

The absolute worst customer service. I have been a verizon customer for over 5 years. Entirely unhelpful and incompetent staff at this location.

This has to be one of the quietest Verizon Stores in Manhattan. Tucked away between empty stores fronts and empty lots. The upshot is that they can afford to spend more time with you and help you get the issues resolved, even for a former subscriber.The manager is a men of few words, but he gets the job done in short order. He asked a few questions about my situation and needs, and then straight to work on it at his computer terminal.I am in and out of the store in 10 minutes!Smooth interaction!If you are looking to sign up or need to resolve an issue, give this location a try.

The staff that works here on Sundays is very unfriendly. My husband and I walked in and said hello and they refused to say hello back… made us uncomfortable to the point where we decided we should leave.

I went into the Verizon Store at 57 West 57th Street New York NY 10019 for some much needed assistance. I was directed to go into a store by a phone agent to do an exchange. Upon walking into the Verizon store I was greeted by an representative. I explained why I was visiting the store and the representative immediately said that they could not do the exchange. They could take the item back with an restocking fee. I was dumbfounded. I asked the rep to look at my account and the notes placed on it from the past conversations over the past 2 weeks. The rep didn't even bother and said that the stores operate differently and what I was trying to do was not available. We can't help you with the exchange - we can take your item back.I asked for a supervisor. A gentleman named Cliff Clint or Clifton (a man with a C name) came out from the back. The look and body language of this genteman spoke loudly to say he couldn't care less what I had to say. He told me there is nothing he can do. I directed him to the pile of notes in my account. He said that the stores operate differently than the phone or online Verizon. I commented that its all one company and should be seamless for your customers. The manager patience had evaporated and said there was nothing he could do and he told me that point blank. I am so disillusioned with Verizon and the care that i was receiving. I had hoped for a better experience.So I took my item back with me and returned home. I called Verizon via the 1800 # to get the help that I needed. I only went into the store as the agent the evening before said that would be much easier and faster for me. I absolutely knew what type of treatment and service I would receive in the store but I agreed to visit the store to at least show good faith on my party to get things managed as quickly as possible. In total I have spent over 12 hours on phone calls with various representatives and an 80 minutes out of my day by visiting the store. As a consumer please know that time is currency and I truly feel that I should bill you for waiting my time, energy and efforts. Verizon if you are reading this review I want to file a complaint against the manager at 57 W 57th St. He didn't even review any of the notes in my account or even look up the promotion code that I was told to give you. You immediately dismissed me as did the representative did that greeted me in the store.Verizon, if you are going to keep my business you must step up your game as this isn't acceptable.

Very bad service. I was given incorrect information about opening a new line and pricing. I was also directed to call an automated line while 3 employees sat on their phones and claimed they couldn’t help navigate me through the process.I’d recommend going to another location for help, these folks will waste your time.
