had to make a reservation because it was so busy so we expected the food to be good only to get quite literally the worst customer service i’ve ever had. our server, who never told us his name but was about 50 with shoulder length hair, came to our table 10min after we got sat to say he’d be with us in a bit, he came back 10min later and, no greeting or anything, asked what we wanted. so we ordered thinking everything was fine and he was just busy, well we had a food runner/bus boy bring our food out and expected our waiter to come back and check on us eventually. we noticed he got sat a table immediately to our right and then also noticed he had stopped by their table four times after we got our food and eventually finished eating. after about an hour an a half of him walking by us and not acknowledging us but glancing at our table, we decided to get up and pay at the host stand. tipped the bus boy but not that racist old man who needs a job not in customer service. also the food was mediocre at best.

Mgr Chris, Maria, Josh, Gabby and the whole team at Vezzo make dining here a weekly favorite. Impeccable service, thin crust and atmosphere!

Very rude staff who were impolite to my elderly and sick mother who just needed to sit down for 5 minutes before their opening hour while she waited for her car. They made her wait outside in freezing weather. Can’t help but think that our being an ethnic minority may have influenced their behavior.

The pizza is of satisfactory quality, albeit not providing adequate service. It may not satisfy expectations from it.

Decent pizza, slightly too crunchy for my taste (more roma than napoli style pizza). Very nice server. Pricey though, and not as quality as it used to be some years ago.

Every time we visit NYC from Baltimore, we have a list of places we must visit. Vezzo's is always on our list. And though we generally don't have the time to get to all the places, we NEVER miss our stop at Vezzo's. The pizzas and salads - and wine! - are superb, and the desserts are divine! We used to own an Italian restaurant in Baltimore's Little Italy, so we know of what we speak. We constantly congratulate ourselves for discovering Vezzo's. Extra shout out to our lovely waitress. So sorry we can't remember her name. (She was working lunchtime on December 11!)

Like the very thin crust a lot! Made with fresh yummy ingredients! Fairly good priced food and drinks. Located in a lovely neighborhood.

The pizza is so good. I always get the beet/goat cheese salad too. Love the chill atmosphere. My husband enjoys their Gluten-free crust.

Terrific pizza here. I had the chance to order from the lunch special menu, but for three people, it made more sense to get a large house pie and share a salad. We got the Meat Lover's large size $37.50 and the house salad $12. The portion size was perfect for three people. We cleared everything. It was great to eat a thin-slice pizza in New York. I got an Arnold Palmer, and the server offered not to put too much sugar. It was def more on the sour side, but it was good nonetheless.Service was superb.
