What a bizarre, unfriendly place. I brought in a USPS pre-paid return and was told I’d be charged $2 to leave it there even though I required no services. Truly just gross exploitation, and now I need to walk far to a post office to purely put it in a box. Do not go here and expect real postal services.

This place is the best. Affordable, quick, reliable. They're always so helpful and make the process of shipping items so easy. I'll always come here!

Best place to pack and ship packages in the neighborhood. Unfortunately they do not have a notary public anymore.

I am a 30+ year SoHo resident. Sandy and her employees are polite, friendly, and courteous while getting the job done! I always bring my copy needs, shipping and mailing here. I gladly support this small business in my neighborhood community. 5 STARS and more!

I avoid USPS shipping centers as the workers are often super rude and unhelpful, so l'm really glad to have found Village Postal Works. I have been coming here regularly for the past few years and their service never disappoints. Personally, I would rather pay a little extra to support a local business and ensure that my packages are sent out correctly. Cannot recommend this place enough :)

Beware! Big scam here! I called to ask if they would accept a prelabled package and they said yes. When I got there, they demanded a $10 "handling fee" because it was "too large" and they had to store it overnight! I never heard of that before, so they lied and said only a full Fedex center would take it with no fee. False - I found another drop off store a block away that never charges an extra fee (like all Fedex drop offs I've ever used). Go to the nearby Village Stationers at 552 LaGuardia Pl. if you want to drop off a package without an additional fee!

Quick and very friendly. I was able to mail a label for printing easily and keep a safe distance the whole time. Thank you!
