I bought. Pair of glacier glasses in Utah this week!! They look great but the flaps are absolutely terrible they fall out constantly. I almost lost them 2 times in the snow and a bunch of other times in the lodge. How can u help me fix. This is a major design flaw in a 700+ dollar item. Pls advise.

Horrible. In July 2023 I paid $420 for a pair of Vaurnets. In November 2023 I noticed a crack in the frame. The glasses were only worn when I was driving my car. I contacted Vaurnet to have them repaired under what I assumed was warranty coverage and they ended up charging me $260 in repair fees. The claim was because I bought them from one of their third party vendors the warranty was not legit.I’ll never buy another pair of Vaurnets.The company should be embarrassed.

We bought a pair of blue Ice 180 sunglasses in November 2022 and by the spring of 2023, the outer finish on the lenses is peeling off AND the paint on the ends of the arms that go over the ears is chipping off. when I contacted their customer service and sent them a photo, they said that the warranty was not in effect because it was "clearly not a manufacturing defect"! Really??? That is absurd! Especially since that relatively new product has already been DISCONTINUED!!! Hmmm. I wonder why! So they said if I return the glasses (at my expense) and pay $75 they will give us a replacement pair of a similar design. That is not what their warranty says, as it says they will pay for return shipping and repair or replace at no charge. This abuse of customers may work in France, but it doesnt work here!!!DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They do not honor their warranty. Maui Jims on the other hand, will repair or replace your glasses for their LIFETIME it seems, regardless of why they were damaged, for a mere $75 and return shipping. We had a pair that we sat on after 10 years, and they replaced them for just $75. No questions asked...BUY MAUI JIMS! DON'T BUY VUARNET!

I've been trying to get a simple replacement screw for one of their models for THREE YEARS - I've been bounced between their HQ and NYC store and not a single person has been able to send me one to repair my glasses. Every time I call, they are beyond rude. Worthless brand and god-awful experience

I interacted with the store online. They sent me an invoice, I paid it and they shipped my product the same day. Thank you to Jay who assisted me online. Everything was very easy and I expect the product to arrive later this week.

The NYC store manager, Vince, called my sister a "F**cking C*nt" on a call when she tried to return a pair of sunglasses that were damaged when she opened the package. Completely unacceptable and disgusting for any man to use that language towards a female, let alone someone that is managing an entire store.

My sunglasses have being repaired for nearly 3 months now. I finally get a tracking number and paid extra for expedited shipping and the package has been in "label printed" for 4 days now

Impressively terrible customer service. Ordered 2 pair of sunglasses. The sent one pair correctly and another pair that were not what I ordered. I contact them immediately and was told I would have to ship them first, before sending the correct pair. Took a long time to get a return shipping label and even more time to get the correct pair shipped to me. What arrives? The same model that I already had. I tried to contact them via email with no response (ever). I tried to call them and the number was disconnected. I check the website and read that they were remodeling their store, but that I should call with questions (the number was disconnected). I called today and spoke with (I think) Vincent. He's a j**** Told me that I didn't contact them in time. Said his notes showed that I took about 20 days to contact them the first time. What he didn't know is that I have emails showing that I emailed them one day after the order arrived and that the delay was cause by their slow shipping. I told him I was tired of dealing with them and would just return everything. He told me that they would not issue a refund under any circumstance. I called my credit card company and they will get my money back to me. First time I've ever had to do this and I've had credit cards for 35 years. This after I've bought three other pair of glasses from them. Too bad to see a USA distributor destroy the Vuarnet name.
