Sadly, three of the worst pharmacy experiences I have ever had. I have given this location three chances. They have either hung up on my call when I asked my question, have not had the medication in stock (with no estimate of availability provided), and this last experience of when I was told that they could not honor my prescription and they sent me back to my doctor to get another prescription. When I explained that this prescription deadline was missed because they did not have the medication in stock, the response I received was "You missed the deadline, I told you that you will have to call your doctor." I hope that this feedback will help the pharmacy management to train their staff OR will redirect customers to a different store location or an online pharmacy option.

Everything is locked and there is no staff to service. It is very disorganized. The staff seems clueless and careless.

I’ve lived in NYC all my life and have been a customer of most the pharmacies Manhattan has to offer. That being said this Walgreens pharmacy has the best customer service and quality of care I’ve ever experienced. Led by pharmacists Teniesha and Greg you’re in great hands here!

the store is clean. thats it for the positive. you know the ol definition of insanity, doing the same thing and expecting different resuts. that is me and this store. i have literially had the same issue 3 times. i goin looking for baby wipes, i want the huggies and i want the big bag. the problem is the huggies is undwr lock and key. there are 3 other brands NOT UNDER lock and key but i want huggies. i go to the register and i ask for some one with a key and they reply " there's a button in the isle press the button and someone qwill come". I dont see a button. "they are everywhere". i go back i look i re look and i get pissed amd leave. that exact thing happened 3 f...ingtimes. literially happened just now. How dam lazy are you how miseriable are you?i ve seen the actually emploies fighting with each other in there... Another of the most stupid things you will find in this store is where the line formes at the register. there is a long isle in front of the registers,. in everu other store you enter from theback of the isle walkking forward tgo the store as if on the way out.. not here you enter from the furfthest poinrt and walk backintot the the store, except sometimes ther is a normal person shopping ans theyenter from the other way and no one in the store correts them, oh no. they will actually take them and chek them out. you want to save some agravation... steer clear

Unfortunately a horrible pharmacy experience. The staff take no accountability for their mistakes. My flu shot appt was 5:15, I was waiting in line starting around 5:00p. Two people in front of me were already taking too long and I checked in with the girl with red hair and lash extensions around 5:20-5:25. She told me to have a seat and she'd call me up to fill out paperwork.1 hour later with no notice, I go up to the same girl to ask on my status. She claimed I never checked in with her. I reminded her I checked in with her one hour ago. She clearly forgot about me and never told the physician. She then claimed "i wasn't in their system" even though I'm showing up on their appt printout located on their desk. After waiting 90 mins for a scheduled appt, I was finally seen by the physician for my flu shot. The physician did apologize and mentioned the clerk never flagged him about my appt. I overheard the clerk talking to the physician claiming her coworker should've helped and checked on the appts. Just take some accountability.I understand when its a busy rush period, some mistakes can happen. Its unfortunate that she just couldn't admit she made a mistake. She did not take any accountability. She can check the store camera footage. The proof is there that I walked in before 5:15p, spoke to her, and waited way too long to be seen. I waited 90 mins because she failed to do her job right.The actual vaccine room is also not sanitary. There are wrappers all over the floor from past band aids.Avoid the pharmacy here if you can. Super unprofessional.

Very scattered and unprofessional pharmacy staff. Had to come in person 3 times in a row to pick up 1 transfer script because they kept forgetting to do it. Poor attitudes and rather unhelpful as well.

I had to wait to get my flu shot for couple of hrs after making my appointment online . Be prepared to wait here if you are going to get any vaccines at this location especially around 3 pm .

1 star for Pharmacy. 4 stars for rest of store. Pharmacy is 1. Absurdly slow 2. Opens late because employees don't show up on time. Rest of store is great.
