They are the most disgusting, hypocritical and dishonest company ever! Their $35 free shipping is a brazen and thorough lie. Once you reach $35, it always says the item exceeds the total free shipping limit and it will automatically add the same shipping cost, if not more. It doesn't matter how light or small the extra item is. And they often have false deals, like this olive oil in clearance for example, if you add some in your cart and try to check out, it will always prompt a message saying you can't buy them regardless of the quantity. There's one time I ordered some toilet paper from them and it advertised one equals 4 regular rolls. I only realized it's a total lie when the item arrived. It's only like 25% larger than any other roll I've seen in my life at best. Their agents were so shameless that they just denied the issue when confronted with solid evidence. In addition, their app discount coupon never worked when I try to check out, no matter how hard or how much time I try.

I work for Carecard and meet about 100 pharmacist a week. I met Andrea pharmacist at Walgreen. She is the sweetest human being I encounter. So friendly, honest and kind. Wallgreens should be proud of her.

The pharmacy is abysmal. I have used it for approximately 2 years because I already had Rx's with Walgreens/Duane Reade and because of physical location convenience. Lines are usually exceedingly long. Walgreens has an "Express Pay" option, supposedly to help alleviate this issue. In fact, it makes no difference, you must still stand in line, and there are typically annoying hassles to deal with. For example, recently I had two partial filled prescriptions and another prescription that I filled. The pharmacist took 30 minutes to put this together after I arrived (I already had ordered and paid for the whole thing), supposedly to combine the two partial prescriptions into one full prescription. They then tried to charge me a second time and tried to run out for a lunch break instead of addressing the issue, denying me the ability to pick up the order I had already paid for. They told me to allow them to double charge and to contact my credit card company if I had an issue. When there are problems and a call is needed, nobody picks up the phone and you're endlessly on hold. Customer service is an afterthought. I've had it. It is reprehensible when one considers that this is a licensed pharmacy. It sounds like many others have had similar issues reading the reviews, I would hope that NY City/State should open an investigation. I'm terminating my customer relationship with Walgreens and transferring all my prescriptions to a local independently owned pharmacy.

This is the WORST PHARMACY IN NYC!!!!!! Do not go here! They take forever to fill prescriptions and then they have staffing issues quite often so the pharmacy will close at five. Consider yourself warned! would give 0 stars if i could.

Don't bother filling prescriptions here, the line is always 10+ people and takes at least 30 min to get to the front

I had a very bad encounter with a cashier that was very rude to me. I spoke with a women who said she was the manager and she was just as rude. She was a young black women with a very low faded hair cut. I have been going to this store for years and I have never had any problems with the staff there until now. The other staff members are always very nice and respectful.

Justin, beauty consultant in cosmetics is super helpful. With so many brands to choose from, he reached out to help me. Told him needed No 7 Serum (they have a gazillion), lip gloss & price range. He's cordial, nknowledgeable w/a great aesthetic sense. Try to ask for him cuz two other gals in section were just interested in stocking shelves. I asked one to direct me to No 7 case, and she answered my innocent question w/such attitude, that I was thrilled when Justin came up asking, "Can I help you?" Wish Walgreens would employ more folks w//Justin's helpful attitude. Thanks, Justin. My visit was around 4:30-5pm, Friday, July 15th to Walgreens Stuy Town, where I shop often.

Due to worsening supply chain problems, the type of cough drop I'd been buying (at CVS) for eons hasn't been available for several months (neither at seemingly any store whatsoever [and I'd called many of them] nor on-line). Since I have worsening allergies and therefore consume a lot of those, I wanted to continue buying the sugar-free type. I finally decided I'd better look elsewhere, but Walgreens didn't have any available on-line. I then decided to call this store because it was the least-far from where I live. I called on Saturday evening, and a very friendly young woman looked for the item. She found four large bags of the (sugar-free) flavor I'd requested, and she readily agreed to put them aside for me until the next day (which was yesterday). She told me she wouldn't arrive at work until 3:30 p.m. - so I took a bus and then walked a distance in disgusting heat/humidity, and I arrived at about 3:45 p.m. An unfriendly cashier told me that the woman had called and said she'd be late for work. However, he discovered that she'd left the items in a bag with my name (behind the register). I was very relieved, until discovering that the cough drops weren't the flavor I'd told the woman I wanted (and which she'd told me she'd found) - and, the flavor was one that almost makes me gag. The cashier then looked for the flavor I'd requested, but there were none (nor were there any other sugar-free flavors). I requested to speak to the (shift) manager, and she turned out to be incredibly UNfriendly (quite an understatement; I'd actually say that she was rather nasty).Irrespective of having wasted the cost of round-trip bus fare, the worst aspect was having gone there amidst the heat/humidity (and having wasted time on buses, which is an increasingly-unpleasant experience these days). The only reason why I'm giving two stars instead of one is because the woman I spoke to on the phone was so friendly.

In the wanderlust of my travels to Stuyvesant Town, Manhattan, NYC I was in need of vitamins and shoe interior cushions which this Walgreens store #10135 meet my needs. This business is located at First Avenue intersecting 18th Street. Upon entering this brick and mortar business I was glad to feel a strong blast of cold air conditioning as I patronized on one of many hot and very humid muggy summer 2021 days. Despite it was mere minutes I was inside the cold air conditioning atmosphere, it made a difference to thwart heat related illness which I did feel very dizzy and light headed. The checkout line moves moderately. This business is accessible by L train at First Avenue and 14th Street within walking distance.

Wish I could rate this pharmacy a zero. They’ve lost prescriptions, and are barely ever open.
