Terrible customer service. I thought that they took a certain kind of package, and instead of explaining politely that they didn’t, they were extremely rude and combative. As a person who works with people for a living I know a bit about how to interact with the public. Let’s just say this isn’t the way to keep people coming back!

Don't go unless you have to. The retail side is amazing. The pharmacy is hit or miss. More miss than hit.

They need to train their pharmacy employees and explain to them what EXPRESS PICK UP is! What’s the point of this service if they don’t even know how to scan a code or respect the Express Pick up line/ window? such a waste of time every time I go and I have to tell them my last name, etc etc when they can simply scan my code but they don’t even know what that is… so I have to train them as a customer or?…

I love almost all of the staff. The pharmacy department is very patient and helpful. Eversince this pandemic thing they've been working extra hard administering these vaccines and they have families so I hope people with prescriptions take a minute to acknowledge this when waiting in what seems like a long line. If it was up to them you'd be in and out in under 5 minutes but they have to service people with disabilities, communication barriers and other such dilemmas. Love you Carol, Lorna, Sabina and Ms.Evelyn ❤
