Cashiers a scammer ! Would give zero stars if I could , this store location scammed me out of 5.58 . They charged me for something I didn't buy I purchased 3 items and when I got home and checked the receipt (after noticing the higher then expected price) I realized they charged me for 4 items . One random charge saying progressive for 5.58$ . Do not shop here unless you're okay with over paying for things you did not get .

Do not go to Duane Reade for vax shots - they do not honor the appointment times! (2864 Broadway location) Waited OVER an hour past my appointment time. People at register kept saying it's really up to the pharmacist and when she's ready. Why are there appointments if it's up to the pharmacist?!?!?! Elder people were waiting over an hour and ended up leaving unvaccinated- awful. Pharmacist finally came out and saw me first since I decided to stick around. The room where the shots are conducted is completely a mess. Didn't feel sanitary. She seemed like a mess too. I didn't trust her and checked the vial to make sure I was receiving the correct vaccine. Then she jabs my arm and blood started gushing down my arm and on the floor. She had 0 supplies ready to remediate the situation. She got a container of wipes and then told ME to open it. It was empty... Then she handed me a bag of cotton balls, like literally cotton balls I'd use to wipe makeup off my face - not gauze. A bag of cotton balls where multiple people's hands were probably in. I take one out and attempt to wipe my arm with...cotton balls. She couldn't find the band aids while I was trying to wipe everything down. How does she not have band aids ready?!?! It's like she never gave someone a shot before! She finally got the band aid and I bolted. Screw the 15 min waiting period post-shot - no one would even have time to see me if I felt sick afterwards! Do not waste your time here!! I need to figure out who to complain to. But probably won't matter....

My doctor's fax shows SUCCESS to the CONFIRMED NUMBER, but they can't find my prescription. Of course, that is MY PROBLEM, not theirs!

If I could rate this pharmacy zero stars I would. I have been trying to get my prescription pulled from this pharmacy and delivered to the correct one for almost a week. I have been extremely persistent with calling frequently and during all hours of the day, and have been on hold for over 40 minutes each time I’ve called, with one instance where they had me on hold for two hours. Whenever they realized that I was the one calling, they hung up the phone without explaining to me what was going on or redirecting me to someone who could help me.This is deeply inappropriate behavior from a pharmacy and I would be ashamed to be any of the pharmacists working here.My issue is still unresolved.

I was satisfied with the store & pharmacy when both were open 24 hours, but those days are over. The pharmacy hours have been cut way back, and there are entire weekends when the pharmacy is "temporarily closed." In addition, the store itself (described as being open "24 hours") is closed so often after 11 pm or midnight that I've stopped trying to shop there at that time of day. In addition, there are very long waiting times when one tries to telephone the store or pharmacy.

I fill 6 presc every 3 mos I walk 11 blocks to and from drugstore. 1 pres is delayed 6 dys. Once i came half dy earlier. Supervisir refused. Im 80 yrs. Old. Its a physical hardship. Truly. No compassion. Cold nasty cattitude lousy customer svce for me a sick old person. I want to pick up all 6 pres at one time. They make it impossible.

The VERY worst pharmacy in the city! Refills requested over a week ago and asked for delivery; asked again for delivery yesterday, said would be delivered. No delivery. Where are my refills?

The pharmacy is severely understaffed, and service is bad. I used to go to Suba Pharmacy on 104/Broadway, but they closed. A terrible loss.

Worse customer service ever, every time we try to call in medications for patients they place us on hold for 30 minutes plus, then answer and place us on hold again just to then later hang up. We are going to have patients switch pharmacy instead of dealing with this awful service.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. Wait times are easily 30-45 mins (at multiple different times of day), far more people walk out frustrated and turned away than helped with simple requests, my doctor has had to call multiple times to get my prescription marked as received in their system (which has resulted in multiple fruitless trips to the pharmacy for me, and missed pills), I ordered my prescriptions for delivery and they filled them for pick up, and I just tried using the “express” pass to pre-pay and skip the line which at this particular location does absolutely nothing for you. First time I’ve left a google comment in years but had to share....
