Thank you to Pharmacist Scott & the Pharmacy team @67 Broad for diligently helping me get my prescription filled. I had to go to different stores to find my medication urgently. Insurance was giving error codes in the system and Scott took the time to figure out the problem. Appreciate your attention and kindness.

I wish I could give 0 stars! Just walked in and three out three employees were wearing masks on their chins... I asked them to put them on and the man that identified himself as the manager simply told me he didn't have to and that masks were in fact killing people! Yep that actually happened! I can't believe a pharmacy would do that to the public..I can't believe this happened in NY!

This is the Duane Reade that is closest to my apt however I always request prescriptions are called in to other locations b/c the pharmacy manager Shelly is rude and unpleasant to deal with for even the most brief interactions . The staff in the remainder of the store is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately my surgeon's office called in my post op pain meds to wrong DR so I had to go to this pharmacy and Shelly was working and her usual charming self -how is she the pharmacy manager ???

This is just a bad Duane Reade - and I'm normally such a huge fan of DR. It's small, cramped, has a confusing layout, and the service is terrible. I used to pick up my prescriptions at a location a bit north of this one which was FABULOUS, but changed locations due to an office move. The people working in the pharmacy are never paying attention. There is never a line but you end up standing there for 5-10 minutes trying to flag someone down to help you. The lines at the front are always extremely slow and the staff is often not paying much attention up there either. Get it together, Broad Street Duane Reade, you're ruining this New York staple's rep!

Terrible Duane reade. 1. The layout is horrible. Makes no sense. It is very difficult to find a simple item. 2. Slow service. Always one register open and a long line. 3. I have been in here 3 times and each time there is a customer with a dog. Come on people I have pets. But I do not take them inside a pharmacy. The employees just disregarded the customers with dogs and allow them. The last dog was easily a 60 lb dog. What happens when one pees on the floor. Who cleans this up? What about people who are allergic? Come on.

Terrible. Poor selection...the pharmacy isn't even well-stocked with common prescriptions. What makes matters worse, though, is that they have at least one very rude pharmacist. Every run-in I have had with her has been really unpleasant...so unpleasant, in fact that I felt the need to write this review. When I came five minutes before closing, she refused to help me. And when I came to pick up a prescription that I had requested a refill of the day before, she acted as if it was my fault that it wasn't filled. Even though this is by far the most convenient pharmacy for me to use, I'm never going back.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. Not everything is always stocked as compared with larger Duane Reades but still very good.

I find most Duane Reades to pretty much the same, but I do like this one because I have gotten to know the staff here.

The pharmacist ( Shelley Park) is always on the other end of the counter on the computer and everytime you have to yell to get her attention. After that she will act as if she is doing a favor for you by ordering your medicine. Worst customer service ever. The only reason I go here is because it is on my way to work and is convenient.

This store is very empty it doesn't even have the basis. The shelves are pitiful I have seen 99 cent stores with more variety. It's location is in the heart of everything yet they have nothing. Why are they still open.

Get's the 2nd star based on beer selection only. The staff here suuuuuuuck. Inattentive and lost in their own stupidity while they play grab ass behind the counter.

Terrible Terrible Terrible Terrible Terrible. I cannot even describe the hellish experience I had here. Well actually I can. And I will. It was so bad that I actually canceled my prescription here and moved it to the Duane Reade on Whitehall. When I went to fill it at this Duane Reade the pharmacy staff was extremely rude and abrasive. Not only that, once my prescription was filled the guy working the counter was EATING. Yes handing out prescriptions RUDELY and eating. There was cheese-doodle cheese all over my prescription bag. It was so bad that when I called to cancel my prescription and move it to a cleaner and nicer location, I complained. I'm usually not one to go out of my way to do that but this was necessary. I'll never go here again.

It's unfortunate, but how bad this place is has inspired me to write this review. Be warned, the older male clerk that works at the Pharmacy is the most miserable little shit you will ever meet. He is slow, rude, and incompetent. The pharmacists are somewhat helpful, hence the extra star. They used to be fine, but what got to me was that at my last refill, my prescription wasn't ready by the time they said it would. Then, they said they can only give me the generic one, which I said was fine. Then, they took forever printing the label and getting it to me. There is a reason why I call ahead of time for my refill--exactly so I don't have to stand around like that! This being the Financial District, they should be more mindful of people coming in during their precious lunch break. And today, they gave me the generic prescription without even telling me. I understand people think there is little difference, but in my case, I definitely prefer the brand name one, after using the generic one for one month. I mean, shouldn't they have at least TOLD me that they were giving me the generic one, instead of the one my doctor specifically called in for? The pharmacist told me that she'll try ordering the brand name one, but no promises. Another 10 minutes of my lunch time wasted. Couldn't you have called and told me that Duane Reade no longer handles the brand name one? Step it up, guys. And stop being so fucking miserable, Clerk!
