Do not sign over insurance checks to them if them claim (get it in writing) to be participating plan providers. Accepting the plan is a separate thing all together. You should not pay more than your deductible. No checks should be coming to you.

This has been pending for so long!! I'm the laziest person to write a good review as I tend to overthink it. My experience at Wall street pain relief was amazing! Valerie, at the front-desk was super helpful with getting me setup and scheduled with Dr. Ellen Chang and Dr. Denisse Delgadillo. I had abused my legs from running too much and not getting enough recovery, and despite that was preparing to run the Chicago full marathon in Oct 2018. I'm grateful that I came just in time to get help. I took regular sessions for approximately 2 months, and I could see the results clearly. Not only both doctors helped me heal all my accumulated injuries, but got me ready to complete the marathon in good time and injury-free....words are too less to express my gratitude, so I would rather sing for them the next time I get a chance to meet them :) I would highly recommend anyone looking to get physiotherapy to look no further and reach out to them. They both are beyond amazing!! The only thing I would recommend is definitely clarify whether your insurance covers it...I had a slight misunderstanding, and there was some miscommunication on that but the staff was helpful to work with me on that...though, even if your insurance doesn't cover their services, I would still recommend their services..definitely talk to them and work out something. Giving 4-stars only because of that. Physiotherapy, overall experience and professionalism wise my experience was 5-stars!!

I stumbled on this place one day when my back was in tons of pain. Now, this place is a critical part of my routine self-care. One, I love places that can attack your pain from multiple angles so having pain doc, PT, acupuncture, etc in one place is great. Two, Dr K is awesome--in my 7 years of chronic back pain he's the first person to give me hope by identifying the root cause of the problem and a workable plan for recovery. And three, the people are amazing--really friendly and lovely to see on a recurring basis. 5 out of 5 in my book.

Dr. Ellen Chang was my PT for several months working on different types of injuries. Ellen was SO helpful and knowledgeable. I'm not only back to my pre injury state but much stronger and with better alignment and form to prevent further injuries. She's very warm and personable too. The front desk staff are also very kind and friendly. Highly recommend!!!

The practitioners are amazing and staff is friendly. But like the other reviews say, they do not understand insurance nor do they bill to it. It is unfortunate because finding good acupuncturist covered by insurance is difficult. 1) they told me my insurance did not have them as a provider. My own research led to finding out they were in fact in network. They also had the wrong birthday for me. 2) I went enough times that it would have covered all my in-network out of pocket expenses for the year making my other procedure less expensive. But even after clarifying information and checking in several times my insurance was never billed. 3) they didn't know the difference between in-network and out of network costs. It's been 6 or so months since my first visit and my insurance has yet to see a bill. I've since moved on to another company with a new insurance plan but and will look for a new office for treatment to avoid the headaches.

dr Jacob Klein is rude, does not have any empathy with the patient's pain, and he is a very bad therapist He act like he has everything figured out but in reality he just have a big ego after I have received treatment from him, I felt worst that when I came him, lots of bruises and plenty of uncomfortable feeling he is a very bad chiropractor - stay away from him

User note: While WSPR has two locations, this review only considers their downtown office on Broad Street. I've never visited their midtown location. I've experienced WSPR as a patient for more than a year now, and I can honestly say that this place can work wonders for those who have committed themselves to recovering from an injury, and the necessary lifestyle changes that might accompany the process. The office makes sure to understand your insurance coverage at the initial conversation, so once they give you the options for care, you can partner with them to create a treatment plan that works for you and your budget. The office staff are friendly, quick, and helpful; what's more, I've worked with all of the providers at this facility over time, and I've never had a bad experience. The acupuncture team each come to the table with their own distinct style (They don't currently have any Japanese-style practitioners available, which I prefer, but that's fine.), and I've found value in all of my sessions: they ask the right questions, give efficient assessments, outline a course of action for the treatment, and I leave walking a little taller, and a little more easily, than when I arrived. The PT team make it their business to challenge me and expand the edge of my range of movement, strength, and flexibility. It can feel rather uncomfortable at times, but I need and benefit from their efforts and have never seen anything but improvement in my functionality after a session. Dr. K is on-site to provide prescriptions for PT as needed and for other services, including assessment and treatment such as injections for knee pain and/or swelling, etc. He's phenomenal. Dr. Jake, one of two chiropractors on-site, is knowledgeable and gets to the heart of the matter with a brisk, effective intake process. His manipulations are traditional. (I'm not thrilled with traditional technique, but only because I'm a die-hard DNFT champion - see my other review for Dr. Christopher John elsewhere.) All in all, these kind, helpful people have made a very uncomfortable, challenging chapter of my life less so; they've brought a smile to my face and laughter to my lips not only because they bring humanity to an otherwise bureaucratic process, but because they do so with great expertise as well. When recovering from an injury you need to remember that your results in large measure reflect the amount of effort you brought to the table yourself; and if you can bring that effort, these folks will do their best to make sure that you get as far back to optimal as current practice can deliver.

Excellent service! Has everything under one roof for pain management. I went in for low back and hip pain. Excellent therapist, Rebecca, really helped me. All the therapists that worked on me were all great, including the massage therapist. I'll definitely go again whenever I need too.
