Bellman and location are awesome. However, my wife found a roach the size of a large Chihuahua on the bathroom counter. Told staff and they didn’t seem concerned — had to specifically ask for a new room.Pretty gross stuff, but there is decent pizza across the street.Probably won’t be in a rush to stay here again.

Bellmen were awesome!!We were told we had a 6th St view when we made our reservation several months ago, and were given a room with NO view.... literally, our "view" was pipes and an a/c unit!We couldn't see anything outside! We were turned away for breakfast at the main restaurant at 10:20 am when breakfast was served til 10:30 am.We asked for washcloths several days, and each time were only given 2. We had 3 of us in the room. The bar was very busy at 10:55 pm on a FRIDAY night and we were told it closes at 11. They said we could get a drink to take to our room. The bar also did not offer coffee for my drink (I wanted an Irish coffee) on a cold night. I thought that was odd.Beds were super uncomfortable (super soft mattresses and small flat pillows).

Our recent family trip to the Warwick was good. The room irritation was that the light switches did not work for all light fixtures and we had to turn on/off by un/screwing the bulbs. I was further irritated by a "Facility Fee" buried somewhere "we told you in your confirmation email" that is just a empty cash grab tax. Please price your rooms at a price and don't surprise me with added credit card fees "for facilities" that we did not use or are illusory. Our 2 bed "premium room" had a view of a endless brickwall 2" away from the window and there is no light. But!The location is great, the front desk staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and the room was clean and quiet.

Great location but noisy we were on the 22rd floor the Aircon unit is in the bottom half of a window which lets cold air in all the time and noise and when you turn on the heat it sounds like a jet engine, the shower in the bathroom is wall mounted I prefer a handheld. On arrival we left our luggage with the hall porter $2 per case and never got a word or a welcome smile from him a miserable man,the room was nice and big and very clean but overall overpriced.

We have stayed at The Warwick religiously now for over twenty years. My family has long regarded it as their “New York home away from home.” Considering this, and the many milestones we have celebrated here, I take little pleasure in posting this review. That said, the manner in which this place has gone downhill post-pandemic is inexcusable. There is no room service, which is frustrating in the mornings, and is a serious loss of potential revenue. The bar also not only no longer serves food, but won’t even allow you to bring a plate over from Murals across the hall. It also makes no sense for them to strictly enforce a 10:45 last call in Midtown Manhattan when the room is PACKED with customers enjoying the post-theatre rush. When we brought up these issues to staff, their answer from the front desk and beyond was “please complain” implying that their superiors aren’t listening to them. Considering this, I felt it important to post a complaint publicly in the hopes it will garner a shred of attention. So, Warwick management, Jamal Serhan and ownership- know that it is with great regret we are actively looking at different hotels. You can only coast on location for so long!

What can I say that hasn't been mention in the other reviews here. This place was such a nice hotel during my stay in the big apple.

The Warwick is a lovely hotel with an interesting history. The rooms are quiet and the beds are comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The surface impressions are great. Once you get deeper into your stay, the cracks start to show. The tub didn't drain, there was dried coffee on the table that remained through my 4 day visit. The lighted mirror in the bathroom didn't work and housekeeping left a half-used container of conditioner left over from someone else for me to use. They didn't refill the cream or sugar for coffee, twice. On the desk, they posted a full menu with a phone number for the restaurant to call for pick-up but they are only open for breakfast. There is no room service or food available after 11am. The worst thing was finding two cockroaches and the duvet smelled like human sweat. I would not recommend this hotel.
