Order placed almost a week ago, or 4-5 business days, beyond what is advertised as "ships in 2-3 days". Customer service is non existent. Seems like the only thing they respond to is negative reviews, so maybe this is the only way to actually get your item shipped and an update on your order is to leave an honest review about how displeased you are. Not happy and won't be a returning customer.

For my first order with Wellbots, it went extremely well. They accommodated my post-order request to update the shipping to express with no problems, and their service was positive and professional the whole time. I am now enjoying my new e-reader (which is also hard to get and Wellbots has it!). Would definitely recommend and will use them again!

Ordered a Dolphin E30 Pool Robot from them on 6/1/23. Robot stopped working consistently by end of June and within the 30 day window. Called Wellbots who told me that I needed to work with Maytronics/Dolphin directly. Did so, and have continued to do so through today 10/3/2023. Have sent the robot back to Maytronics for repair 3 times within that time frame, at my cost each time, with robot being "repaired" each time and sent back and still not working upon receipt. conveyed ALL of these details to Wellbots via email along with copies of all emails and repair issues. Last response from them on 9/29 was "you're outside the 30 day window and we can't help you, next time buy an extended warranty". At this point, I just want a refund or heck, exchange it for the same robot that actually works. But nope. This is the 2nd time I bought from them, had a good experience the first time. This time has been supremely bad. Strongly recommend staying away as they'll tell you one thing in the first 30 days to get you beyond the 30 day "policy" and then they just tell you you're SOL. If negative stars were a thing, they'd get -5.

Worst ever. They don't update their products. Purchased a projector screen September 12 and no updates on it. I had to call customer service several times to see what is happening with my order. Come to find out the order is backordered. I needed the screen that I wanted to purchase the end of September for an event and now scrambling to find identical one from another supplier because Wellbots told me their estimated to be back in order September 29. What a waste of my time if you guys would have told me this item was out of stock the day I purchased or updated your site that it was out of stock and will be estimated back in stock September 29. Never will I purchase from you guys again. Unreliable source.

It's very adorable! Looks just like the picture. It's a true pedal assist bike which is not described in the description. There is no throttle. When you stop pedaling the pedal assist stops. You must pedal for the assist to work. You need a throttle on the bike if you want to stop pedaling to take a break and still have the bike keep moving. I could not keep up with my husband. I had to keep pedaling sooo fast and still couldn't keep up. If you want a lot of exercise this is the bike for you, it's just easier to pedal.

I read an article about an electric bike sale on Wellbots which I never heard of the site. Placed an order and the bike shipped in approximately a day or two. Shipping and tracking was easy to follow which made the sale/purchase well with it.

I purchased a solar battery and solar panels. The company offered a great deal, essentially throwing in the solar panels for free. Everything about the transaction went smoothly. I would not hesitate to order more items from WellBots.Although I cannot speak for the return policy (as there's no reason to return my items), I'm not employed by or in any way affiliated with Wellbots.I'm just honest, well satisfied customer.

Really poor service. I don’t take time to write reviews typically but felt compelled here. I ordered an E-book and after 4 days I had gotten no update but had gotten 6 or so promotional emails. I used their chatbot to ask the status of my order and they said they would email me. Which they did, with no information. I used the chat function again and nobody responded. So I called, they didn’t answer but said they would call back, they didn’t. So I emailed and got a form letter reply, so I called again, no answer, no call-back. So I emailed again. No answer. I finally got a hold of someone via the chat feature a week later and he agreed to cancel the order.The next day, I got an email that the order shipped. When I looked at the tracking it said a label had been made but the product was “delayed” with no further update. I’m literally waiting for someone to answer my chat request as I type this review since they wouldn’t answer the phone.This is single handedly the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. Sounds like a few other have had similar issues. There is an operational problem with this company that needs to be fixed, maybe it is growth related or something, but they don’t have their logistics and customer service sorted.

Be careful of this company (Wellbots)I recently ordered something from them, and my order was constantly delayed. Although I was promised an update several times, I never got any updates. When I was finally able to reach them by phone, I was treated very rudely by a supervisor who raised his voice to me and would not allow me to finish explaining my concerns and frustrations nor would he answer my questions. He also promised again to update me on the status of my order by the following day...still have not heard back from him. I've cancelled my order and still awaiting my refund. BE VERY CAREFUL. Also, although their website claims (on item # 3 of their list on why you should shop at Wellbots) that they provide " Free shipping on everything" they charge for shipping. THEY LIE !!!!

They seem legit and willing to help. But showing ‘in stock’ on the primary website when the actual item purchased—especially when it’s a $2,000 item—is NOT in stock seems lazy and, frankly, disingenuous. Felt a lot like a money grab. Honest mistakes happen, and I genuinely hope this was one. Again, they seem authentic and try-worthy. But I shouldn’t have to gamble and tie up $2,000 for an experiment in customer service. Just sayin’.

Ordered a pet vacuum on Tuesday. The guy on the phone said it would be at my house on Friday. It is a birthday gift needed it buy Monday. I asked if I should 2 day it they told me no. It would be there Friday or Saturday. I will not have it tell Wednesday. 2 days after birthday
