Wells Fargo is constantly refusing to make transactions I've made whether it is a storage unit I've recently rented, something I've purchased online from Canada, or a plane flight. They used to have an online banking option to tell them you may be buying something internationally or traveling but they recently eliminated that. Now they frequently deny a large number of transactions I make. Even after responding to the confirmation message to verify I did in fact make the transaction they either still continue to deny releasing the money or worse yet the transaction says it goes through and it posts to my account but 2 weeks later the vendor calls me saying they still haven't received payment and the transaction has magically disappeared from my transaction history. I'm done with them! Time for a new bank.

No followup or email regarding an appointment to open an account. After reading the racist history of this bank, I guess this bank did me a favor by ignoring me. I will find another bank.

One of the woman bankers working here is very rude. I called ahead of time to confirm I could walk in and open an account and was told yes. Even online it says you can walk in. I went in and once I got there I was told I had to make an appointment and they mentioned they could help me since I’m here already. The woman helping me listed a few available times and I informed her that they wouldn’t work for me because of my hectic work schedule. She proceeds to tell me “I understand, retail is hectic, being a cashier is tough.” There’s nothing wrong with being a cashier, I used to be one too before getting a better job, what’s wrong is that she tried to make it into an insult. I walked out and went to Citizens Bank up the block, everyone there was much nicer.

this place never takes cash and even if they do they don't accept large bills. so absurd.. do not recommend this WF for atm purposes!

Every time I come to this location, which is next to my work, they are tragically understaffed. The wait behind two people has been approximately 15 minutes, and I'm nowhere near moving up. The staff even says they are understaffed but management doesn't care. It's atrocious. Hire more people and stop torturing your employees....and customers!

20/10 experience here. Went in this morning to get a document notarized and was met with kindness, patience, and the best customer service I’ve ever experienced by Gladys!! Although the bank was getting full of hot and impatient customers, she greeted everyone with a smile, asked their name, and made it her mission to help everyone, no matter how large or small the problem was. Then I got my documents notarized by the fantastic Jon Anderson! While working up my documents, he asked about my career plans and was able to also recommend future banking options that would be helpful to me as a future health care provider! Such a rare experience in today’s time to go into a bank stressed and desperate for help, and to walk out with all my problems solved and a large smile on my face!

Long term customer for personal banking, business banking and mortgage. This branch had one good person, Obi. Looks like they got rid of her. Waiting in the branch for a previously made appointment. No one is around. Note to myself: try other banks. I am planning to give 10 min. Otherwise planning to drop into capital one or chase.

I just left an appointment with Wells Fargo to open a business account. I went in nervous because this is a very new venture for me and I was afraid of not knowing everything I am supposed to know. Well…couldn’t be more satisfied and confident or informed and I owe it to the banker assisting me, Obi ! She was so helpful, patient, informative, comforting and so so kind. I was assisted beyond my expectations and treated with the utmost care and professionalism. She really cares for people and is so easy to talk to and welcomed any questions and takes her time to inform you of all of your options while listening to your needs/concerns and goals. I could go on and on but without her helping me today I don’t think this experience would have been as exciting and special. Thank you Obi, I will remember you & this experience forever!

I like this location because there are 2 ATM machines conveniently located right outside and next to the entrance so you can quickly and easily withdraw money.
